I just notice in 7:50 when he said hit the like button, the like button itself suddenly light up like what the hell? It's my first time seeing it or it is just the new TH-cam update?
its massive. heavy and solid. when i got my 2024 M3RWD, i went to the showroom and rode this and the model x. its bigger than the model x and awesome interior. same as my model 3, no stalks all the controls are on the steering wheel. shift is just slide the car icon on the lcd screen forward, backward or in the middle to park. no stop aNd start button. it sleeps when you close the door and automatically locks. when you open the door, the led lights up which means it has been waken up from sleep. your phone is also the key since you pair it with the system. but you are given 2 key cards which is exactly like a credit card that you swipe on the drivers side door column.
Nah man, it’s actually practical. Just the bed and cover itself is practical. You can load stuff in the back and close it without worrying about getting things stolen from there. Second, the ultra hard stainless steel body is very practical. you don’t have to worry about it getting scratched or dinged, or dented in the parking lot. I can go on and on, but the cybertruck is anything but impractical.
@ChevyTaripe @jortuspelatus7364 I totally agree-the body and truck bed are incredibly practical for daily use. The reason I consider it impractical is the cost. Importing the Tesla Cybertruck into the Philippines puts it in a premium position, making it more of a luxury vehicle. Given the high demand, limited availability, and added costs, I’d probably use it as a luxury/flex car than an actual truck for hauling or offroading. While I can’t afford it - for those who can, it’s definitely a blast to drive and will surely be very useful!
almost did not clicked this until I saw Drayber at the channel name!😅😅 Owning this is like living with a luxury supercar for repairs and problems. Parts have to be imported. If there is a complicated technical issue, mechanic/s have to flown into the country. Too bad because the stainless exterior is perfect in Manila then again huge glasses also prone for breakage
Correction on opening the tonneau cover: Just press full and release it will open all the way and press again to pause. Same for the close. No need to hold.
Cause you're not only buying the car itself. You're paying the government officials who approved and make the transaction done smoothly. Remember you live in one of the most corrupt country. The businessman will not let himself lose money to import products to any country. So if you are rich and have a good life style in the US and you want to bring that life style in one of the most corrupt country, Philippines- You Have to Be More Rich than in the US. Philippines is not the same as it was 20 years ago. Corrupt governments now in the Philippines will get every pennies of every corner of citizens that shows off/exposed themselves. So if you have cybertruck/ferrari/lambo/etc. running around Manila, guarantee your license plate is monitored and will be investigated the owner background, Government will use the word term "TAX" not literally_ it means you have no high government official backing you up, and guess what? You will not only paying tax, You and that corrupt gov. officials will definitely do a bargaining strategies :-) --- that is why Showing Off is Not Cheap.. unless the person have both Wealth and Power!

Yep. Loved his video for the most part but I find it weird how he says the truck is 'wildly impractical' without going into detail.

Practical is subjective
Agree. This thing is a cheat code. It's high cost, but crazy good.
Hm price in the Philippines?

I love tesla but what happens if there is another recall and its not just a software fix. Can’t send tesla tech in the PH right? 😢
HOW IS ALMOST ANYONE NOT TALKING ABOUT THE EDITING

You should expose the price.
Just saw the price.. it's 18,500,000 PHP 😅
Man in the US you can buy one at 5,000,000 PHP
Import taxes made it triple it's price 😅
Di totoong 18.5M ang cybertruck sa PH nasa 8M to 10M lang kasama nayan tax and shipping dont be fooled sa pa hype lang

You can used the truck in your area only not on long driving
You can go from Manila to Tuguegarao one way, thats at least 450 km. And if supercharge exist you can charge so quickly.

Hm
Cyber expensive is the maintenance cost. Good luck.
General maintenance is minimal. We own two Teslas. Problem is if you wreck it.
Fyi everyone magkakaron na ng tesla phils sa bgc kya baka bumaba ang presyo nyan
A lot of talked, but he never mentioned the price.

Honestly its an ugly car. Too expensive for such spec
Cybertruck owners are compensating for something they are lacking.
Cybertruck owners are laughed at here in the states.
