The newer version of the skin shop for ace tickets, The newest skin is 1 year old/Dtv Xmas skin I asked support when the hha skin would be added and they fairly bluntly said that they would not be adding it and to wait for a swap event 😂

I find it funny how DH holds skins hostage, nor do they design for new base heroes anymore. Also HHA skin is just unavailable period. Sad. Some slight news sensei, got another high roll. i have another problem what if a new player starts to play next week and he wanst to build hha then what happens he will never have a skin on that hero let alone upgrade it and its been the same for months i dont get why they dont update the shop for skins
@@deadpool9124 "swap events lol" they are only 2 times a year and u still cant get them cuz they are not updated otherwise u could do a normal swap which requires an upgraded skin and get it but the shop/swap system are not updated so your point is wrong
I was expecting to see Xmas skins in this event and was definitely disappointed they weren't there, but wasn't aware it was a decided choice to take them out of events. Mid Autum and Qixi both had them, which was why I expected Xmas would too. We all know they make mistakes, look at this week's event with the swap being delayed to next week... I'm still hoping its oversite. They have to realize the majority of players are not collecting large sums of Ace tickets.

They haven't added limited skins to the skin chests in like... 3 years? I want to see them transition older "premium" skins from various sources into those chests. Ace championship tickets are still just too rare for non-whales. If you're a really casual player who isn't in a higher end guild you're going to get enough tickets for maybe 1 skin per year. That's insane. I want them to let every guild participate in Ace championship every single time it's active, and up the bottom end rewards. 20 ticket is too low for something that happens so infrequently.
1 year, the FQV skin was released at the 6th Anniversary 2022. And no limited skins has been designed since. The fact is that DH Games gave up on the art departement as they didn't make enough money for the time it took.
@@kimf.wendel9113 I guess 18 months just feels like 3 years lol. It's not like they're not making new heroes and skins, they're all just premium. If they rotated the old premium into those limited chest I think it'd feel a lot better
@@--Dan- I agree. The thing is that there's a huge lack of old premium rewards, since they went obsolete. So there's a large amount of basic ressources, that a lot of established players don't really need, and some of the late game ressources.
I started this game like 6 months ago can hardly get the skins i need, or sacrifice a good one which i rather not do. I think it takes to much in my opinion with to less of a boost. Seems kinda stupid.. imagine being f2p...
ALC should hit around Easter event if we are lucky, but most likely in May. And on topic, they sadly moved all the skins to the guild. Same goes for a huge lack of food like 6* and 9* and selection chests for new players. Like we are back to 50-60 days to reach E5 again

U can’t get Ayalamaks skin at all and haven’t been able to except when it was first released and when the last swap event

i have an easy way to prevent this my account isnt powerful enogh to clear the campaign to be able to remodel the skins
