I've been thinking about doing roughly this build. Having Betty and Jahra for CC and Aspen for both Dmg and CC. I'm also very early in Void Campaign though and the only core I have is a lvl 1 on Aspen.

It isn’t, I think after the first 6 months of a server it goes away completely, not sure on the time frame but I think it’s close to 6 months
