This is a dungeon death player ghost bug. It's an issue since 2 years ago that is why you couldn't move your inventory around or anything. But if you were to reconnect then you'll be back to normal.
@ you don’t, it just rarely happens. If the player UUID was registered into the db (database) that they’ve “died” previous run or anything related to a player death. The death ghost bug event will happen. But also a quick notice this also would potentially get a player’s inventory wiped. If they try to manually exploit it. It was known on M7 alpha server release. During the time that this issue was known.

PLEASE RELEASE MY FAMILY
One time I failed an f7 run and the game bugged and let me use my AOTV until the lobby closed. Not useful at all but pretty funny.
