    I learned some important tips. Especially ironing over a towel! I love stitching 🧵.
    I also love watching embroidery videos with calming music; I watch them before retiring for the night. They always help me to go to sleep faster…totally relaxes my mind for💤

    Thankyou Sherry,
    It’s the little tips which make so much difference to the finished item. I am 70 years old and never thought to iron my embroidery on a soft towel. Also changing the number of twists on a French knot! Simple but wonderful. 😊

    Thank you. I enjoy cross stitch and blackwork but have never felt confident with free stitching. I shall enjoy trying this :)

    Thank you Sherry for this delightful tutorial. I had forgotten how relaxing embroidery is. Cow parsley/Queen Anne'Anne's Lace is one of my favorite wild flowers. I stitched my first attempt on a tea towel that I had on hand using a hoop that had once belonged to my grandmother.Love your ideas for repurposing fabrics, sewing notions, and vintage books.

    Thank you thank you Lovely Sherry how perfect is that, I was ready for the French knots tonight so your tutorial was right on the button. Mine is not as perfect as yours so I need to do lots more of these gorgeous flowers. The next question is what to make - as it’s my first I think I am going to make a little bag as you suggested to put all my materials in. I can’t thank you enough Sherry I am thrilled with this tutorial. Big hugs and loves always, take care Everyone xxxxxxx Dorothy 🌟😘❤️🙋🏻

    Do you ever add the one garnet flower that is in the center of "Queen Anne's Lace" Cow Parsley ...or does the flower not have that garnet center flower in Britain?

    • @dorothymcleod1
      @dorothymcleod1 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I just did a bit of research and realized what I am talking about is wild carrot not Cow Parsley.....sorry about that.
