I’ll have a video on that soon. I have had excellent service with vl and yes even with the issues we’ve had they still are it the top builds. No feelings hurt...that is why I said I respect your opinion of the video being bad..this was one of our very first videos and our audio could have been better. I’m learning and always consider constructive criticism; however, to say I was more interested in the salesman is totally out of left field. We love our VanLeigh unit, and it has many outstanding features. Consider watching part 2 where we do an interview with Leigh Tiffin. Again, the lighting and audio is not the best, but I’m not a professional film maker. The underlying message is that we are very happy with our unit and the manufacturer is top notch!
I think the camera person is more interested in looking at the salesman than showing the coach. This video is really bad. Invest in a better camera person.

ALL of these things you mentioned happen on various makes and models. it’s an earthquake driving down the road. All I can say is respectfully I feel for you man. You yourself could have taken care of this with the help of Bryan, Shawn, and Bob through the amazing work that Danny and his team do at Vanleigh’s service center.

I’ve been slowly putting my setup together, based on KYDs. Marc has put together a great video that encompasses everything a TH-camr could want. You should be able to find the video on their website Keep Your Daydream. I’ve been watching them for at least 2 years and have learned a great deal from them, which will come in handy when we get our Beacon and start full timing next April.
