Kriti has had to wait mighty long for this validation. So happy for her and I’m sure the next few years will highlight what she’s capable of performing. She’s talented, beautiful and level headed. While Sneha is great, would have loved for this interview to be conducted by Anupama.
People saying kriti overated.. Even priyanka deepika initialy was called ok actor.. But they improved to their best.. Kriti is also on the way..
Very surprised at so many comments calling Kriti "overrated". It maybe true that she's not the best actor in Bollywood but she's come a very,very long way from 'Heropanti'. To her credit she has never pretended to be an amazing actor and has always maintained that she learns on the job. 'Mimi' was a meaty role and she did very well. No one is calling her the best actress we have,it's just that it's very heartening to see her do justice to character driven roles given that she has had no training in acting & actually comes from an engineering background. Most of us are excited to see how well she does in her new ventures and how she continues to improve.
She is a great combination of beauty, brains and talent....
Among the younger lot she is among the best with bhumi and parineeti. You will always have haters no matter what. Bariely, Panipat, Mimi showed how much talent she has.

OMG you guys Kriti Sanon is going to become the NEW QUEEN OF BOLLYWOOD in 2022. She has finally ticked all the boxes: not only is she super beautiful but she has proven herself as an incredible actress with Mimi, she carried the film on her shoulders, she's had the biggest blockbuster song of 2021 with Param Sundari, her lineup of upcoming projects matches upto Alia Bhatt and Deepika Padukone as well as Taapsee Pannu. Right now, the tide is in her favour BIG TIME :)
She is a great combination of beauty, brains, humility and talent.... In the present crop of actresses!
All the other actresses lack in one or more of the above mentioned qualities....
And she is also an outsider without any formal training in acting or growing up in a film family....

And i dont understand why these so called actors on doing engineering called as educated as they are some scientist. she is not been improving much she is just like give me great scripts with my average acting. if you can criticize alia for doing dharma then why not kriti for doing Maddock films. I know so many people who despite being insiders are outsiders and many those also who being outsiders still were insiders. Her struggle story is cooked up only . I know through one of my friend working in modelling agency where she did. Her mama is a laywer in delhi he had good connections here. He managed to get her in modelling and then daboo Ratnani portfolio. There are far more better actors who really struggled in their life to be here. Not with contacts just like these some so called outsiders who mock insiders for nepotism but still they had contacts and they never let you know.

So it's not like after the success of Mimi, she got so many films
And she got Bareilly ki barfi not because of Dinesh Vijan, and PANIPAT also....she was very good in that.
And she gained 15kgs of weight also for Mimi, please appreciate before criticizing.

There is nothing extraordinary about Kriti Sanon. She is an outsider who, rejected by the movie mafia, had to become "close friends" with Maddock Films Producer to survive the film industry.She did 5 movies with Maddock Films in 5 years starting with Raabta(2017)- directed by Dinesh Vijan himself. Bhediya (2022) will be her 6th movie with the company. She's just another beautiful struggler who's following the path of Sridevi, Vidya Balan & Rani Mukherji. So, when is the wedding with Dinesh?😝
