I noticed when you quick press the menu there are three pictures of animals with different yardages, what does that mean? Is it a quick way to change your zero? To accommodate for drop at different range?
That is the stadiametric rangefinder. We do not use them because they typically are not dependable in any thermal/NV scope. There are several videos on youtube that explain how to use it, but there are just too many variable to use it confidently.
Holy Mother of Susan, just one of those asp2 batteries costs $39 to $49 dollars apiece. And this scope takes #3 of them rechargeables. So, they will die, which means $50 bucks every time they do. That's bull droppings. Why not AA, or triple A's or cr123 or 18650........ Plus if you're somewhere besides Home. You Ain't never going to find these at Wal-Mart or even a camera store. Even Batteries plus doesn't carry them. And that's all they sell. If on the hunt of a lifetime you're up the creek without a paddle. Just for kicks and giggles I went to several online stores ,even Optics Planet and no one carries these. Not a single one. Amazon is the only place that has them. That's a deal breaker right there. I have been there done that got the t-shirt. I have an Alexander Arms 50 Beowulf. Try finding ammo somewhere, anywhere, You won't. I have to order directly from online. And that takes days ...!!! Nice scope but N.T.Y. Thats crazy. As in crazy weird. Why would they design and sell a scope that has a battery that you can't buy anywhere?????? Doesn't make good sense. Deal breaker for me. And $50 bucks a piece. "Hogwash"...!!! $50.00 dollars for a battery that is smaller than an 18650 battery is absurd, a riding lawnmower battery is cheaper than that. And a whole lot bigger. To each his own........
$1500 dollar scope and your worried about $50 on a spare battery? The ones the scope come will last an evening and if your issue is forgetting to charge them or loosing them then thats not really pulsars issue
@@josephdavies3924 Why build a scope, where you can't get a battery from anyone. That's just plain 100% stupidly. They aren't real smart at Pulsar. People like ease of use. Sitting around the fire shooting the bull, drinking a cold one. you want simple. aa,aaa, 9-volt, button batteries, but a battery that cannot be purchased except one place in the world>>>>that's stupidly. I buy my 50 Beowulf ammo in bulk from Alexander Arms. But it can be had many other places. And online ammo dealers also sell it. See there's a difference. cr2032 buy it anywhere. cr123a anywhere. Must be a moron running Pulsar...!!! How stupid.
@@Runandgun13 They are rechargeable, but the battery life on the built in and the external is absolutely shocking, I would expect more from a dig scope in this price range.
Very I'm pressed with this scope I definitely will get me one . Soon as I decide to put me another HK G3 together
It's a good one!

How does that compare with a 4k pro?
The Digex is a 2K resolution. I have to say that a 4K unit has a little better image due to the fact it has double the amount of pixels.
@@roweETX what about with low light? Have you used a 4k pro?
@@WolfzVideo I am assuming you are referring to an ATN 4k pro? I have never used the ATN products.
@@roweETX yup referring to those.
I apologize if I've missed it, but what Gen is this scope? Thanks
It is not analog night vision. It is digital night vision. It is not a specific generation like analog.
Ok. Thanks. I'll have to do some reading on the difference.
Is the Digex C50 eligible for the new 5 year warranty by Pulsar?
No. All NV will still have only a 3 year warranty.
