Damn. I had to r2 my 7* sig 20 gladiator for AW defense! This makes me feel a lot better now about the rankup ❤️😅
I'm very happy with what I've seen of his buff from you and Lags. Hopefully it doesn't get changed until it's officially released. I always had a feeling that he'd probably be my type of champion. The whole "dash into specials and go nuts" seems super fun to me. I love those kinds of mechanics, but usually it's a defensive move. Being able to actively punish the defender with an insane dash-in looks awesome.
I've been holding off from ranking up my 6*, both to see how the buff turned out and in case I pulled a 7*, but I might just have to start putting some resources aside for him now...
You're officially a prophet Vega! This video aged really well! Gladiator is AMAZING!!!! Buff went live and I'm thoroughly impressed. We should revisit this and talk more about ALL OF THE UTILITIES in his kit!!

Another great video bro! I Especially appreciate you leaving in the fight where you ended up losing to show us how things can if you aren't use to the play style. That sorta stuff is very helpful. This just made my day! I gave in and spent 5k units on one of the Magica crystals last week hoping to dupe Kushala or Domino. Ended up with Gladiator. Knew the buff was coming and just hoped it would be Shuri level buff
Wow hes looking awesome now!! I love the evade shutdown mechanic it dosent even say evade failed he just dosent evade as you said crazy!
I feel like he will be very powerful. He can attack during the only point where one is not supposed to deal damage. Either they will have to build nodes around him, or he will always have a trick that nobody else can perform. Similar to valk or even Kate to an extent, I am 100% sure he will have his chance.

Nice! Really glad I've got the 7* now. He's been an arena champ - which is not something you want from a Titan pull lol. Couple questions, did you get to test his evade counter and damage reduction against Bullseye? And do you think Thor is his best relic, or would you recommend another one? Thanks Vega!
He sould have been extended to also gain at least one indestructible to tank one hit, reflecting his confidence he would have gained at that point (confidence level would be a requirement for this to occur). I think this would further highlight his superpowers as well, as he is so confident at this point in the fight that he does not care about your (the enemie's) attack.
This way, he would at least be able to have some mechanic that a Summoner's choice champion should have, in the sense of "should this be allowed"
The last part of course is hard to say, but that's where those champions should be put, right? :D

I pulled him for my first two titan crystals and then took a massive chance hoping for a major buff and R3ed him after Necropolis. It's been a miserable few months. I never use him. Here's hoping this buff actually works!

Pretty excited. I saved one Titan for the Kushala and Che’l entry. Told myself I’d be happy with everyone but Glad.
Got Glad. A Titan. For me he had no flow. Zero, zilch. I was getting pummeled in fights, simple ones, when I used him.
I’m not a great player. Maybe average.
But wow was he clunky. And because of that zero fun. For me.
So I’m super excited you are using words flow and fun. I have 4 cosmic tier 6.
I’m going to wait. But I’m also not using them. I could only see a new Knull or Hyperion. But I’d still save.
Would he completely ironic if I do Dani then Glad, same designer, as back to back r2. Let’s work on making the buffed versions the released version next time.

Thing that i dont like is him not getting any immunitys i mean come on kabam they came out with all these new defenders that have every immunity they can get but a Summoner choice champ cant get a few i mean come on lol he has so many immunitys in his comics i just dont get it lol ❤❤
You forgot to mention this needs MAX Sig 200 for 6stars to work. I have sig 100 and it doesn't do any damage hitting back on opponent's special attack.

he doesnt work unless you have him at full HP, intentionally taking damage is just a stupid mechanic wish they didnt give it to such a cool character

For battle grounds, not really.
For story content, you would like a dupe but you don’t NEED it.

Hows he against characters that apply damaging debuffs on specials
Not great, I at least wanted an indestructible buff
Also characters that apply stun will screw him over
@@priyabrata6152 you don’t need to worry about that because if the opponent throws an special attack while he is unstoppable, he will be stun immune.
But the problem is the characters that will inflict a damage over time debuff that does insane damage, or characters that do insane burst damage.
@@Brei. That works but specials with guaranteed crits or just hits that crit will somewhat overcome the resistance and deal some damage

For me 80% damage resistance is not enough.

I can't believe he's STILL mid. No one's going to be using him for anything solid. It's so funny that White Tiger, the runner-up, is stronger than the contest's winner even AFTER a Buff.
Now I'm truly scared for Shathra, she has so much potential, but looking at the disservice they've done to Gladiator, perhaps we should've let Tarantula take the fall and allowed Shathra to come in as her own, guaranteed better Champion.

U have to Play risky and for that reason why should i Play him instead of a other cosmic Champ ?
And Even no immunity
Immunity to power drain and burn and 200% buff ability accuracy making neutralize like Rintrah or other Ability accuracy reduction abilities useless since they only go at max of 100%

This guy cannot be used for bgs with that sp punish thing.... atleast untill health is not a scoring factor...and without doing that sp punish fights won't end up on time 🥲
