I have one of these, after 3 months the pod failure rate was 100%. Customer Service have sent me a complete new pod holder assembly, which so far works ok. Mostly use a Wacaco Nespresso NS2, which is totally reliable - it has much better seals than the Conqueco and is much smaller, but you do need a kettle.
Conqueco Portable Nespresso . Mine failed after a month. Customer services are ignoring my emails. Avoid !! .It's fully charged .When i press the top button it bleeps 2 times and then flashes between the two buttons and switches off. Others have reported this problem . Nothing in the manual to explain fault codes or how to reset it.

You mentioned the Conqueco sometimes doesn't pierce the pod. Does the Outin have the same issue or is it good everytime?

Thats not good at all, what a shame. Im doing a comparison between this and the Outin and personally the Outin CS are amazing, well worth a look.
