Thank you for this!!! I was almost going to pay for a course on this.. however I well exceeded my education budget.. I would love more virtual assistant videos especially on using loom and maybe writing detailed job description and daily work tasks ! After watching this I would totally pay a small fee from you for a link with these type of templates.. This was a fantastic video!

hey I hired cold caller va´s through an agency for my real estate business I found it less daunting than interviewing and going through the process since the company has them trained and managed

Yes another video would be helpful. I’m doing books right now and books only. Do these assistants just source books online and then send to u and then u send to Amazon? Do u have to train them to use scoutiq as well. Do they need access to ur Amazon account, credit cards etc? I want to spend less time sourcing books and driving all over and am very interested in this service but am still a little confused. Thanks Steve

I’m interested to see what you’re paying them per hour to source for you. I hired one pre Covid but learned as I went. I had paid $4 an hour then, but I didn’t know what was fair for sourcing. I also wanted to ask when you thought it was appropriate to start seeking help. For example should you be profiting a certain amount already or certain amount of sales volume? Asking from a business perspective on that. Thanks.

I like hiring off of Fiverr. Their platform is nice and very low prices. Any more tips hiring on Fiverr?

It's important to set a scope of work alongside the specifics so you can easily narrow down your candidates to the VA that suits you best. In my channel, I also made a video discussing the right way of hiring the best VA for your business. Thanks for this, man!

Virtual assistants suck and are more trouble than they're worth. We found two retirees who do a much better job.

There only as good as you train them

@@Raikenprofit bs. I have and have known over a dozen people whom have used VA's. Not to say there aren't good ones but if you find one you better hold onto them because they are few and far between. Training isn't the only issue. I've run my own pest control company for 22 years now and sold books on the side for 3. The worst exp I've had in over 20 years in business is VA's. Not to mention my wife has had a Philipino friend since college who has said the payscale is like slave wages and we're just engaged in slave labor using these people. No thanks.

@@ozzybeloiu466 Well it may not be a good fit for you. It's worked great for me. Ofcourse it's come with it's challenges but thats business. It's not for everyone. No need to get worked up :)
