Might be the most likable guy I've ever seen interviewed. He's a brilliant heel but he could he the greatest face just by being himself. Ridiculous talent in Adam Cole.

This guy is a sweetheart. I would think the way he delivers his promos that he'd be a little bit of an asshole but every time I see him out of character you can tell he's a cool dude.

I knew this would be good she has a way of talking to people and making them completely comfortable and Chugs is awesome
She has one of those super awesome personalities that everyone loves and is drawn too. She one of those tbat is unanimously loved and respected by the entire company ,.both wwe and aew. They also seen how crazy talented she with everything they would throw her Into.

It goes to his talent that he plays such a great wrestling villain, but in real life is such a sweetheart of a guy.
The best villains are often the nicest people outside of the ring, I completely agree with you.
The reason y a lot of really nice people are great at playing heels is that they think of the all the things in people that they don't like and if talented enough like Cole, can exasperate it in their character
Renee is the absolute best interviewer in sports today.

She had previous experience as an interviewer on one of the sports channels in Toronto before she got to WWE so I’m not surprised.
Cole worked an Evolve show a few years ago and I got my picture taken with him for $20. I told him "I hope you never get called up. You guys run NXT." He said "They've treated me really well." Really nice and classy dude.
I had never heard an Adam Cole interview before this, and I have a massive smile on my face. Dude's just so genuine.
I can't wait for Adam Cole to bring his gaming skills to the AEW Gaming channel.

I am loving Adam Cole more than I ever thought I would. He is just a great heel but what an amazing guy to listen to. You are on top of the world, BayBay! And AEW needs to have a backstage/interview/something! show with Renee. She is so fantastic with interviews!

Adam Cole is such lovely and likable guy, my goodness. An absolute, warm sweetheart that is so grounded, self-aware, and fun. I've seen clips (i.e. his live reaction on Twitch when he got informed of Breeze's release), along with autograph stories on Twitter and Reddit, and fully recognized him as a tender, good dude, but this great interview made me officially become an Adam Cole guy. Genuinely love 'em - and I hardly ever say that about any public figures. Can definitely see him being the type of person that if any soul that speaks ill-word of them says more about that soul than anything else.
Bless 'em. Want nothing but the best for him. Would love and feel so lucky to have him as a friend, ally, and peer.

I know one interview doesn’t get you to know a person. But Adam Cole seems to be one of the most legit dudes. He seems down to earth, sincere. Like a dude you would just want to hang out with and chill.
Haven’t heard anything bad about him. It’s nice that a lot of bad elements are being pushed out of the industry.
Adam's positivity is contagious. I've caught a couple of his Twitch streams and it's been a blast watching and listening to him.
Every week he gets some of the biggest pops even as a member of the Elite. He really like everybody in AEW keeps that inner child in his heart and soul alive.
I was lucky enough to be at Dynamite in NY and man, it was ELECTRIC. Great crowd and even better PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING
I was at All Out for his debut and I thought the roof was going to come off. Such a perfect debut for him. So excited for all the great stuff ahead of him!
I was there too and I'm SO happy I splurged and got some close up seats. The feeling in that room was just like no other!
He's literally the total opposite of his on screen character, so humble and down to earth, crazy to think how he plays such an evil and mean character 🔥🔥❤️❤️

I'm so happy for him. I think we all was worried about him going up to the main roster after what we heard which plans they had for him. I think his career seems to hit perfect timing after perfect timing. It's crazy. But I wish him all the luck and fun in AEW and hope he'll be around for a while. He's just amazing to watch and listen to :)
If you're referencing him managing Keith Lee as the "plans they had for him" it's not even true, & Cole debunked is as well. Meltzer is a joke & not someone you should automatically believe.
@@bradycurtis2129 I don't even look up stuff from Meltzer. Cole said in this interview that they had plans for him. I don't even care what they discussed as plans, the point I was making is that whatever they tried to plan for him is just not good. Which by that I mean changing his name, look or possibly if he would've been a manager for someone. Adam Cole shouldn't be changed up, period. How was the saying: if it isn't broken don't fix it (or change it).
Just look at what they did with Karrion Kross on the main roster. They changed him up, lost instantly which was stupid in itself and now he barely has any crowd reaction and is just not as good as he was in NXT (like most others).
So whatever the case was for Cole, he's way better off that he left before he got the main roster call up of doom.

Renee is such a great talent, Adam Cole is such a nice dude, I LOVED Undisputed Era and now he's in my favorite promotion AEW. Wrestling is awesome these days. His match vs. Jungle Boy was fantastic. Great Interview Renee.

Renee just oozes this natural interviewing style; there is clearly a structure to the conversation but none of it feels forced. Always enjoyed your on-screen time at WWE (I felt like they really didn't know how good they had it with you) keep up the great work Renee.
Also Chugs is such a wholesome genuine guy, I wish nothing but continued success for him :-)

That's because Renee's podcast is better than Jericho's. She's a professional host and interviewer. Jericho is great at a lot of things, and his interviews aren't bad, but he can't hold a candle to Renee on that front.
I loved it when Adam Cole tuned up the band in his first match on Dynamite - HBK is an all time favorite and Adam Cole a current fav, I appreciated that crossover reference

Adam cole is generally a nice cool guy 😎I'm blowin away by the fact that he got a police escort to the arena where he faced Daniel bryan in Buffalo New York what a match that was🔥🔥. I also saw Adam cole live in Brooklyn New York when he was facing johnny gargano it was an honor seeing that classic match live.
It's funny how every time they described the exact opposite of what Adam Cole had to go through when he left NXT was the exact thing that Jon Moxley felt and experienced when left WWE.
That's NXT for you it was actually good, and I haven't watched NXT 2, but I assume that's a thing with NXT now

I have the up most respect and admiration for a once in a generation performer and world class professional wrestler but from what I can tell a one of a kind human being. He’s not even in his prime yet and I’m glad Adam Cole did what was best for him. A hall of fame career already 🤙🏾

Cole is talented and smart enough to understand the environment that he's working in, he has the "IT" factor.
The difference between Cole on NXT and Chugs on UUDD always used to blow my mind. He seems like such a great guy outside wrestling.

I saw Cole for the 1st time in ROH 10 yrs ago. I thought his stuff looked good, but I'd never expected him to improve so much. He looks like a very humble and genuine guy too. He's got everything to become one of the absolute best wrestlers of this era.

When I was four years old, I wandered into our living room and saw Ax and Smash cutting a promo with Sean Mooney. I was hooked. As a kid, all I wanted to do was be a professional wrestler and without question, HBK was my favorite performer. Alas, my body hit 5' 3" and stopped growing, so any realistic expectations of being a pro-wrestler kind of went out the door. To say I'm jealous of Adam Cole and his career path would be a tremendous understatement. Still, Adam Cole seems like a salt of the earth kind of guy, so I'm happy for all of his success.
I want to add my name to the list of people who were going through rough times and found solace in the comedy card playing styles of Da Party. It's hard to explain to the uninitiated the strange magic in those games of Uno, and that combination of personalities.

Shawn and Hunter's good friends from The Cliq left for WCW. Even then, it was more about the money than about the passion and the craft, like it is for Cole. There were no hard feelings there, so I'm not surprised that there's no hard feelings between them and Cole. If anything, Hunter and Shawn resent Vince for not seeing it in Adam Cole.
It's always mind blowing at how Cole plays such an amazing heel but in real life just seems like the nicest guy around.

This just showed how much of a true and genuine professional Adam Cole is. Such a great guy and one hell of a performer.
Adam Cole graduated from NXT/the WWE (kindergarten, preschool, grade school / high school) and has gone to (junior) college/university (AEW): Cole has found his Happy Place; where Everyone there seemed Genuinely Happy/Joyful. The fact that Adam and Bryan Danielson slept in separate hotels, is Great. Shades of "Cowboy" Bill Watts (according to Eric Bischoff) in WCW / the NWA...
I was there live and the way Adam explained how we reacted and why we reacted like that was spot on.

I've heard nothing but awesome things about Adam Cole when it comes to him and his exchanges/interactions with fans. It isn't just an act that he's a humble, genuinely good person. He's like this off the screen as well and he sincerely cares about his fans. I was so pumped to see this interview because he's my favourite wrestler/person in the wrestling business!
