I hope we get an Avenger Boudica in the future because she absolutely deserves it. Also hope Aurelian will be in the game and meets Zenobia again because that will definitely be interesting to watch. @@matheuskawata7841 Aurelian is summoned as a rider but he rides the chariot of Zenobia’s late husband to assert his dominance, then proceeds to flying around in it and constantly chant “PRAISE THE SUN !”
If memory serves, some of Boudica's lines imply that she could go Avenger, but that would cause her to become the vengeful queen she was immortalized as in history, and she actively wants to avoid such.

Don't know if you ever heard of an African queen named Amanirenas but her story is really interesting especially since she dealt with Caesar, I think she would make for a fun sister to pair up with these two

Damn I hope Zenobia’s artist works on more servants, hopefully a male one. I loved his illustrations in the fgo ccc manga especially his Kiara and Emiya Alter pieces. He’s a god tier artist IMO. I remember retweeting his work and still being blown away when he made Zenobia.

I love both of these characters, but I really want to see Aurelian as a playable servant, give, the praise the sun chad who was so powerful god nerfed him by killing him early.
Often in historical account winners make losers army size look massive I think this is true for Boudica's story

Really giving the old historical cleanup to Zenobia arent' ah. The part you ignore regarding context of Zenobia's breakaway is the time period, the crisis of the third century, in which to many it seemed the empire was falling apart. To many, seeing a province be taken by a woman who only claim to power was being the wife of the former ruler(Who's titles were given due to his loyalty to rome and as such were seen as form him and noone else), later attacking and taking Egypt, one of the most important territories, critical from both an economic and food sense, all the while styling themselves as a flow blown monarch removed from rome's power was revolt plain and simple. By trying to foster a monarchy beyond the one of the emporers she was essentially trying to break with rome, and wanted to take some of their most valuable land and resources with them, of which they had ruled for more than 300 years by that point.

Empires are tipe for multiple type of stories. In media, most of the time the hero would be the underdog rebelling against an empire.
On the other hand you can marvel at the drive, ambition and competence needed to go from an originally small territory(rome used to be only a very small village, and one pretty much bossed around by their neighboors at that. Alexander the Great original territory was of course way smaller than what it ended up being) to a giant one
On the other other hand you can look at those who joined the pile of corpses in the process, and now the growth of the empire no longer is some rag to riches story but more of a bully crushing the underdog

Quick nitpick, Andraste wasn't the British Goddess of victory. She was the Celtic goddess of victory since she was also worshipped outside of what is modern-day UK in other Celtic realms such as Ireland as well :)

Heya once more quick note the book of revelations wasn't written as anti roman propaganda. the book or Revelations serves as the book of the Bible that discusses what is to occur in the time of when Jesus Christ is to return to earth. While many things can refer to the time present in the book of revelations not everything refers to that specific point in time within the book. Besides if it was written out of spite then it would have been more blatant about it.
The book of revelation is anti world, but since Roman ruled most of the known world then I can see it have a bit of anti Roman sentiment. Although its funny that Nero freed the apostle Paul when he went to Rome as a prisoner.

@@FirstLast-hd4oe Nero was a crazed, in the sense that he did lots of bizarre things and had incontrovertible ambition to control the government, ruler, that made lots of enemies, which would affect how future generations saw him, and being after emperor after Caligula didn’t help matters.
@@toyaleejb7714 why I could guess why Nero was brought up here so much is because of his impact her caused however he isn't the sole emperor who did damage that could span then entire timeframe of the empire if we were to go there

Not that I can think of, but theoretically you could have a coalition of states/kingdoms voluntarily joining together. A probable catalyst for this would be an encroaching empire.

Yeah nah I disagree if Zenobia wanted what was best for her people she would have done not one of the expansionist actions like taking Egypt or printing her face on the coin and acting as if she and her child were Royalty and done like odenathus being loyal instead she allowed ambition to get to her and lost it all

Boudica is my favorite rider (waifu wise) in fgo and I am the PROUD owner of a lvl 100 boudica. Not many people may use her or like her but I will ALWAYS give my Boudica love because she's so fucking beautiful and she's the queen of victory
