Accidentally I came across this video. It's really good. Meeru entha exact measurements chepparu. Mainly meeru time mention cheyadam, Chala useful andhariki. Becoz it gives exact idea, how long each cooking step needs. Thanks a lot.

నేను నా ఊహ తో 1985 లో కట్టెల పొయ్యి మీద ఒకేసారి రెండు లీటర్ల పాలతో ట్రై చేశాను.
నిమ్మరసం విషయం తెలియదు. మామూలుగా వంటగది ముఖం కూడా చూడని నేను మా చెల్లి, పెదనాన్న వాళ్ళ అమ్మాయిలిద్దరూ, మా పెద్ద పెదనాన్న అందరం కలిసి పాలు పొంగి పోకుండా కలుపుతూ రెండు గంటలకు పైగా కష్టపడి చేశాం. కలేఖాన ట్రై చేస్తే కోవాలాగా వచ్చింది.
కానీ మీరు చాలా సింపుల్ గా చూపించారు.
మరోసారి ట్రై చేస్తా, మా ఆవిడ ఊరిలో లేనపుడు.

This is amazingly simple and thanks for the recipe. I have used normal milk from local shop - dint get high fat milk. With 1 lt got 270 gm of Kalakand .. and the taste is awesome.. Thanks Vinsi !
