13:40 The original WCW big gold was never brought over to the WWF. when wcw was bought out the belt booker t showed up with was 1/5 cast copies made from the original wcw big gold. When Scott Steiner was the champion he briefly Carried the original wcw big gold with him to the ring, before losing the title to Booker t he swapped the original dual plated big gold for an all gold cast copy leaving the original big gold championship at home. Booker t would later bring the all Gold cast copy over to the WWF in 2001. The original WcW dual plated big gold championship would later be purchased by Conrad Thompson, It is believed that Scott Steiner sold him the belt for an undisclosed amount of money.
12:06 lol it’s been funny to me since I realized this fact .., doesn’t that make Conrad the ULTIMATE Ric Flair mark 😂😂😂 I mean collectibles don’t get much rarer and harder to obtain than marrying his freakin DAUGHTER lol.. Conrad IS a VERY rich man tho lol I’m sure he usually gets the things he wants lol
Gave you guys a subscribe because the vid was in my suggestions at random and I dig belts and your guys’ vibe! Keep having fun that’s what it’s all about!!! 👍👍🤘
Being a wrestling fan since the mid 80's, I was always a fan of the Big Gold and the Hogan '86 belt until the Winged Eagle came about in '88. I was also a huge fan of the WWF Intercontinental Championship '86 as well.
As a collector, the shoprine and the fandu luxe crumrine is a must-have. I honestly cannot decide which one I love the most.

Fun Fact: When this Championship was first introduced in 1986 Ric Flair's name was misspelled on the nameplate. It was spelled Rick Flair
