I purchased an 2023 argo 1000xrt le in May this year. In early September I had it in for service to fix a boot and to fix an electrical issue with the power steering. The solution for the problem was determined to be low voltage. Nothing was done to fix the problem. I took the atv home and took it moose hunting. The first time I went to shut it off the key wouldn’t shut it off and I used the kill switch to shut it off. Within 5 km it caught on fire. In the middle of the bush there was no hope of putting out the fire. I had live ammunition in the storage box. Fortunately I was not burnt, the ammunition went off with no harm and no forest fire happened. The local dealer said they couldn’t authorize warranty and the head office needed to do that. Pictures were sent of a heap of burnt metal and from the pictures they determined they couldn’t authorize warranty because they couldn’t determine the cause of the fire. If you are interested in seeing pictures please respond to this and leave a contact and I will get those pictures to you. In the mean time buyers be aware.

Dealership fault. I had a major issue with the rear axle and efi system because the dealer didnt put the quad together properly. The fitment are often pretty bad on the bikes because of improper assembly.. The problems were fixed 6-7 months ago under warranty, and the bike is working fine. Sorry to hear that you had bad luck on your unit bud...

Jeesh these are the nightmares I had before I bought my CF Moto 800xc. Luckily knock on wood haven’t had any issues with the machine yet except I flipped it once and the skid plates that come from factory are a joke so you have to get aftermarket. I was looking at Argo , Cf , Can Am I’m happy I went with Cf Moto. I have 400 miles on it and it has tons of power. The suspension on the 800 is outstanding also. If Argo doesn’t take care of you look at cf Moto 1000 . The 1000 comes with high quality skid plates front brush guard with fog lights wired in rear bumper and tons of storage. Plus the 1000 has 15 more hp then the 800

I bought a 2023 Argo Xplorer 700 LE (Different model I know, but still) in May 2024. Right as I hit 450km the power steering died. Not just dead as in it stopped working, but dead as in it started pulling HARD to the left. I had to fight with the handle bars to keep in straight while I limped it home. I took it to the dealer and they said the entire power steering system is broken. After only 450km??!??!! It’s been at the dealer for over a month now waiting on the manufacturer to approve the warranty claim and send out the parts to fix it. I have no word or eta when this will happen. So I have this brand new ATV that I got to use for 2 weeks and now it is just sitting at the dealer for who knows how long. Ugh! If anyone is reading this PLEASE do not buy Argo. The quality control and electronics are garbage, and their service and warranty processes are even worse!! BUYER BEWARE
