I just want to thank you for explaining the little things like how to get into position because ive had a gym membership for 5 monthes and ive been too scared to go to the gym and use machines or weights because i have no idea what im doing and dont want to look silly. Thank ya
I like that towards the end you show yourself going until failure. I feel like most people who share their workouts make it seem like it’s so easy that everyone can do it forever when that’s not the case
Great tutorial! Although I can say that I'm advanced, I use heavier weights, but am still looking for new variations of chest & triceps workout all together and I got into this video. Very helpful. Keep it up! 😉👌🏼💓
Nice workout I hear when you do chest press with plates it’s better do it laying down pressing up and not standing up because the weight standing pulls down but if you are laying down you will feel it more when you press up
Also if use two plates and push them together while laying down it'll help activate your chest muscles more since you have to push them together so they don't fall.
I have noooo feeling in my chest muscles😩 like I don’t even know if this workout was effective, but yours was the closest I could get to activating these chest muscles. Can you help a BEGINNER beginner out? Lol. All I felt was boobs shaking and arms hurting. I don’t even know if there is any muscle tissue for me to build upon😂
I kind of struggle with the same issue as a beginner myself. Honestly it’s just an issue of not having too much strength so your other muscles may have to compensate. Read up on mind muscle connection and focus on squeezing and pushing your chest muscles like she says. I know it’s easier said than done but focus on beginner movements and the other stuff comes after. When I first first started, I would do a push day and feel sore in random parts of my body. As you develop better form and strength and eat enough protein and increase calorie intake you will see and feel muscle growth
