- Ralph Lauren is transporting his most exquisite car collection to the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris for a special exhibit called "The Art of the Automobile: Masterpieces from the Ralph Lauren Collection".
His impressive collection includes a 1938 Bugatti, a 1958 Ferrari Testa Rossa and a 2010 Lamborghini Murielago, making Ralph Lauren's range of cars 'a museum of automotive history, an archive of performance machines that represent the finest achievements in motorsport'.
This video provides an exclusive look behind closed doors at Ralph Lauren private estate where the designer takes us on a personal tour of these stunning machines. - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ
i think Mr Lauren owns my favorite collection of beautiful cars i have seen on youtube.
the best car collection ever
This is a man of taste
class!
Always like to peep into this man's garage.
that 3something LM at 0:58 has got to be one of the nicest cars ever made
The man has taste.
I envy this man A LOT
The tought that I'll never even get to see one of this cars won't ever let me sleep
these cars are almost priceless, one doesn't just simply buy one of these.
2019 love
Great background piano piece.
impeccable taste
love that cat Ralph Lauren, cat is passionate about his clothes as well as his car collection. saw show on discovery channel called The Ralph Lauren Car Collection: Speed, Style & Beauty a few years back that gave you a great view of his car collection.
I bought a RL shirt, I payed for those cars ! I'm suing !
i think he has the best collection of cars in the world
That McLaren F1 is going to be mine one day lol
Man, I have the same thoughts. If I had all of these cars, I would have all of my friends into one and road race in the weekends' nights
While Ralph Lauren is saying "I enjoy getting in the car turning the key and moving, the beauty and feel of the drive", at the same groups of guys are pushing his cars onto a trailer.
Yes of course I'm highly jealous!
looking through these comments i see alot of babies that are mad cause they cant design clothes and get rich. I wonder how many thousands of people can say they have a job because of that man. Be happy that there is someone out there keep the history of those cars alive.
ladys and gentlemen, this is how a car collection is done properly.
I like when we start to talk about financials in a car's video... When there are no more americans/europeans/whatever that can pay 200 dollars for a polo shirt, I wonder to whom the factories will be selling their products... It's amazing how few entrepreneurs understand this... Henry Ford understood this a long time ago!
360p highest quality?Seriously?!
My grandfather owned two E-Types, one when it first came out and another years later... I wish he had kept them :(
What Ferrari model is that at 15 secs???
0:31 What is the name of the Ferrari in the bottom right?
agree
Lambo SVT @ 1:05!
The old ALFA ROMEO 8C is so amazing the best car in that garage the most valuable!
Daniel Costa. With all due respect. The 1964 250 LM is worth as much as the 8C is. But the Bugatti Atlantic (which was not featured in this video) is the most expensive car in Mr. Lauren's collection. (By far).💰💰💰
Wonder if he owns a Ferrari 250 GT. He has the best collection ever. He knows his cars and picks ones with style. I would love to see his working garage in person where the cars are restored.
@AverageSteven No I know that, I mean't when they were rolling out the red car and there was his Lambo sitting in the garage.
Fancy colors would take away from the cars, however I agree, but in some cases this is a good combination.
Wonder if Lauren ever designed a luxury car leather interior? I'd buy it.
@photobart1 Yes he does! I saw his collection when it was exibited in Paris. Man trust me, you haven't seen more elegant and more expensive collection than this :)
Atlantic Coupe Bugatti is the most valuable car he owns 10 's of Million's nobody can put a exact figure on that car.
His collection is pretty much as good as you can get maybe add a 65 Shelby GT 350 and a GT 40 and that would take care of me and my taste in cars.
Both F1 McClaren's one for the road and the track car alone I would be happy with!
when the world ends, ill make sure to visit his garage and the garage of the sultan of brunei
ive seen this guys yacht in fort luaderdale florida
whats the car at 0:05 - 0:06 ???
thats not just the f1 its the f1 lm which is a lot rarer than the f1, only 5 were ever made
@AdamVandenBrink E-type
@dannnn94 I was unaware that Ford and Lambo were teaming up.
And money! ;))
How does he get all of those Sport prototype Ferraris!?!??!!?!
There are plenty of solutions. One of them is corporations agreeing to pay them more or at least provide better working conditions. They often agree to do this, after they have been pressurized by human rights groups, so why can't they do it before it comes to that? Yeah, and I use electronic devices all the time, but that's out of necessity and besides, I often take part in charitable activities and do the best I can to raise awareness about these issues.
@AdamVandenBrink actually a jag d-type racing car
He likes turning the key and the way they move as the cars are pushed by his "boy"...
soon ...very soon my friend)
Mr. Lauren you should design a car
If only I designed the skivvy before him, they could all be mine
so this is where our polo purchases go...
Life's toughest decisions: What will I drive today? My Ferrari 250LM? How about the orange McLaren F1 LM, or my "standard" silver McLaren F1? Or perhaps my red Ferrari 250GTO (not shown)?
"I enjoy getting in the car, turning the key and moving" *guys pushing car forward*
highsnobiety?
They apparently do get driven :D
Not as much as my Micra.
Ain't no Ralph tho!
@ganimed1976
the Macca F1 is regarded as a classic car now - its 18 yrs old.
That's easier said than done, especially when you not only support yourself, but also your family. Besides, the work done by minimum wage workers is crucial to an economy (in fact, they are the backbone) - so for you to say that they should "learn a skill that can pay more", not only shows your ignorance, but also contempt towards them. And yes, corporations ruin lives. And most of the times, they sell us things we don't event need, yet their marketing campaigns compel us to buy them.
@espectro2n So how are you going to change it? That's right nothing, since your on the computer wiki foxconn and see how your computer was made with love.
i hope gad give me like what you have and more
good luck
Don't know if youll have enough time to get through all of the Sultan of Brunei's cars
@Augcliffe 250 LM
does Ralph Lauren actually drive his collection?
Ralph Lauren bought a Buggati Super Sport
@sittinhighh lol, I'm guessing Geography isn't your best subject, as Ralph laurens clothes are Made in Macau, which is in China, which is in Asia.
and I would drive them everyday
no cobras? he's such a freak!
The cars are top notch but does the display area have to be Apple white and chrome? That's getting so over done.
i will, i have the money for it
@SummerTheFuzzy i doubt it sad i know, at least jay leno drives his cars
...he means his clothing brand...
A Bentley Blower AND a Mclaren F1 LM.......
Let's see. There is a famous case between Shell and Nigerian activists, which involves Shell working with Nigerian forces to kill activists - it's called Shell v Wiwa. Nike is quite famous for exploiting labour. Foxccon is another popular one. Monsanto is responsible for creating "terminator seeds", meaning plants have seeds that are sterile and cannot be used, which would mean 3rd world farmers have to keep purchasing their seeds.
Does that provide you with sufficient examples?
Time not money the Sultan of Brunei's car collection is more than 5000 cars
If you believe that then why do love these cars?
did he just say "were done by ARTISTSES????
Quality, not quantity He doesn't have 5000 cars, but he has:
1929 Bentley
1930 MB SSK Trossi
1931 Alfa Romeo 8C 2300
1933 Bugatti Grand Prix
1937 Bentley Tupe 57SC Grangloff
1938 Alfa Romeo 8C 2900 Mille Miglia
1938 Bugatti Type 57SC Atlantic
1950 Jaguar XK120
1954 Ferrari 375 Plus
1955 Jaguar D-Type
1955 MB 300SL Gullwing
1955 Porsche 550 Spyder
1958 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa
1960 Ferrari GT Berlinetta
1961 Ferrari Testa Rossa
1962 Ferrari 250 GTO
1964 Ferrari 250 LM
Porsche 959
McLaren F1 LM
You asked me a question and I answered it. How am I the one who can't debate a single point of yours? And shareholders have taken action against companies when they are not happy by selling all their shareholding in the past, but that has not been enough to put businesses out of operations. Also, you make some very simplistic assertations and can't back them up.
he meant ralph lauren clothes
Also, I don't know if you are aware of this, but corporations have rights to sue third world governments under trade agreements. If such a right were extended to third world workers, I think we would have a system that could hold corporations accountable. Just a thought...
I don't agree with that much money being spent on cars, but hey, if I had that sort of cash, who am I kidding? I'd buy the lot!
one of the ferraris there is about 20 million i aint sure just on Forza Motorsports 3 it says that lol
Ralph, how do you feel about adopting an older child?
You already have to pay $200 for a polo shirt, even with the factories in China..
The things is tho he has over 70million dollar car collection
@M1ggins im guessing you dont own any ralph lauren..purple/black label are made in the usa..and bolivia is where a lot of the polo collection is made.you might be looking at fakes son
First of all, I think you are getting your arguments confused. And I am not sure whether you have an understanding of the series of events in relation to Foxconn - I doubt you actually did any research. And also, I was arguing that workers should be given better conditions, not fired - two very different things. So, my argument still remains - corporations exploit people in the third world.
we could be going around in circles but unless you see how these people live then you will understand how they are grateful for a job... also i've never seen human rights activists or any type of activists in China
I never said that these people aren't grateful, but taking advantage of their desperation is no excuse. Besides, I never said anything about human rights activists being from China. Although there are activists in China, but in this case I did not even refer to them. Type in Foxconn on google and you should be able to find plenty of info.
jay leno pushing ralph's car
Besides, workers go fired in the first world too, when they moved factories offshore. Now, do you think that was a good thing? Because I don't.
im not in GT 5
Ralph Lauren has a far more impressive collection. It's worth Lenos collection several times over
Oh, I see what you did there.
I wear polo shirts and theyre so freaking awesome
shotgun !
All companies in business because people buy their products and prices they're willing to pay. If people or the stockholders weren't happy with how those companies where being run or how good the products/services were, they'd go out of business.
Tell you what the fact that you can't debate a single point of mine without avoiding all variations of arguing and resorting straight to calling my ignorant shows you're inability to stand by what you say.
i own a couple 200 dollar polo shirts... so clearly we are...
If you don't get over a fact, that not everybody can be happy in this world, you will live sad life bro. You can change it in some way, but hating on others who just enjoy gifts that hard work and dedication provided them is really bad way to do it. Let's face it... you don't work 20 years to spend all your money into saving others. BTW : He supports charities and have his own charity.
No ignorance need be excused it's a maclaren f1
Most likely not. some may be worth to much to try and start
f1
