If you want to see where you rank with your VO2 Max, here the table I transformed for you: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/10PyCvsvY1hW86VNYe9fdwiyBwHFT42oIK15on_mLQqI/edit#gid=118825216
Well explained and relevant content! Haven't heard of VO2 Max before. Sounds like a great factor to consider when planning my workout routine. Looking forward to Part 2 💪
Does not necessarily mean it’s the vo2 max that’s making a longer life ,,,bigger vo2 person probably has healthier lifestyle ,,ie smoking ,drinking ,diet stronger muscles etc
You have a very good point and are right, VO2 Max can be said to be an indicator of your overall cardio fitness and with that can measure your likelihood to die. Nonetheless in the study that I referenced they even observed significantly higher mortality risk in people that had low VO2 Max, versus people with "unhealthy habits" (like e.g. smoking) but high VO2.
Not really. The data just shows that Vo2 max is one of two indicators that strongly correlate to longevity. Doesn’t matter even if you eat like a monk if your vo2 max is shit.

Aerobic with air and Anaerobic without air is the best sentence on youtube for VO2max definition. Can you please talk on Zone 2 and 3?
