I assume this outing for 3985 took place after meeting with ATSF 3751 for 1992's Topeka Railroad Days Festival? :)
Yes I’m not sure exactly where she went after her arrival in Kansas City but she would be seen there again in November on her way to pull the CSX Santa Train
