I have to let you all know, this video was really fun to do. Both Daniel and I had a blast on this ride and the stare down at the end of the video is priceless..... Be sure to watch it!!!!!
@@richardlyyski5518 I may just grab my TaTa pickup and show how bad some of the Thai drivers are. I need to go get some potting soil tomorrow, jut might take the old GoPro with me, stay tuned......
That was a very excellent evaluation of tire performance and options for this bike. Having Daniel's additional input made it even better since it offered double the feedback on the spot. You get serious props for winning the El'Matodor challenge at the end. Good thing you were in front, the other bike's red color might have had a different reaction 🕺🟥🐂
Daniel is more than willing to race my Red TANK against El Diablo. Fasten your seat belt Eddie, the race is on. I will be back from our Southern Thailand Adventure on April 4th and will possibly be going to Roi Et for the Thai New Year but not sure yet. I think we should incorporate the drag race and jungle fishing into one trip. Thanks for a great ride last Saturday and can't wait to hear the sound of the new Moriwaki Monster exhaust in our next video.
Ok, ok, ok. The race is on. We'll pick a nice flat section of canal road and scope out a good distance we both agree on and twist the wrist....... Should be fun...... Oh, yea, I see you have a fan club already.......
@@andyhobbs9799 I've got a little weight advantage on Daniel, plus I'm shorter. That means there shouldn't be as much wind resistance for me... I've got this in the bag........
Thanks for the compliment, it's little things like that so we keep doing these videos and trying different parts to see what works best for our conditions here. The Vet Rubber VRM 022 tires are what we all run now. They hook up well and are lasting longer than any other tires we've tried.....
@@TeamDNFracing That is great to hear! I'm also planning to do some light trails once I get my gp125 fully restored. Hey Eddie, Good video. Sorry you lost that blue bike! I've been gonna tell you, after the last time we talked I had a dream that night that I went to visit you in Thailand...except Thailand was in Arizona! LOL. We went to some cookouts with your friends and went off-roading in 4-wheel drive vehicles. I don't remember riding the bikes any. But we had a lot of fun.
I'm pretty happy with the VeeRubber tires and the way they wear. Daniel originally went with the IRC's and liked the way they gripped the trails, but they started to wear very quickly so he put on a set of the VeeRubber tires. Here in Thailand, there are literally 10's upon 10's of tire brands to choose from. In the future, we may try some different ones out as most of them you can buy three tires for the price of one IRC or VeeRubber..... My knobby tires where $10 US each, the VeeRubber were $30 US each. Going to try some of the others just to see how well they grip and how long they last........
Great review guys, I know it’s awhile since you did the test but it helped me a lot , struggled to get certain tyres but noticed yesterday the V tubber ones new were on eBay so I sent for a pair of 3 inch for back and front hope they fit ok , should get them in the next few days , looking for to riding the trails , thanks guys , 🇬🇧Graham

Honda should come out with a bike just like this but with 250cc dual range transmission engine, larger gas tank and knobby tires, also need better tool kit
The geometry of this bike won't allow that much engine to be used safely. Tops, maybe 200cc and then some really good suspension components to go with it. Beside the dual range tranny, make it a 5 speed dual range with a manual clutch. It really is surprising how much of the power is used with that auto-clutch. Why they didn't put a larger gas tank on it, still has me puzzled. This bike could have been so much better than it is stock and then the prices they are asking for the bike in the US wouldn't seem so out of range. I've barely got what a suggested retail price in the US is in the total of what I've done to my bike. I now have my new bike so we will be doing some head to head comparisons on the bikes at our disposal and there will be total prices of what the bikes have cost us in the videos.... Keep watching, just have to wait for my broken hand to heel enough to go riding again..... I'll explain how I broke it also......
