Excellent tutorial. One thing I would do differently is after editing the cover photo I send it to the Master Page (I don't have the program on this computer, but the option is in the pop up menu when the image is clicked). That way I don't have to worry about dragging the image off center while working on other elements of the cover.
If you do a two page view, the gutter size can be put in the area that says center. This is the better way, because platforms, kdp, lulu, smashwords, etc. Will tell you the exact size, example This is in inches, easier for platforms. 8 by 10, 40 pages kids book Top Bottom Sides Margines will be set at, .25 Center or gutter 0.375 You then place cover in front, then place cover in back.

Bearing in mind I will still be using a downloaded PDF template I still need to convert the PDF to PUB files, although of course converting from PUB to PDF is no problem. So welcome any advice from folks on this one :-)

What program are you using to illustrate, zoom in, and highlight key features, as well as your camera? I have OBS but yours looks more sophisticated. Whatever it is you were pretty good using it while teaching. Good job.

Dont know if I make sense 😅, im gonna try at least the section to see if it can help, but I wanted to be automatic aply for the number position without me doing it in 200 pages 😅.
Did not all the other Publisher tutorials work? Check out the Page numbers tutorial, the Create A5 brochure, and importing a long Word document hopefully they'll help.
Do you have a video online that shows how to make an A5 book with a cover that’s has an image that runs from the front cover to the back - like a combination on the your video how to make a A5 booklet and how to make a cover?

I have many chapters separately written in word. How can I import those in publisher without losing formatting?
