That's actually the only video I see where the mute "works". People often have their mic so close that it doesn't sound any lower on the video even though the mute does its job.
it's next to impossible to play without anyone hearing! Also, it is a good idea to play loudly to gain confidence in your bowing, i would recommend you get a mute, for your own good!
@@measurebymeasure3605 okay I might get one but I keep my windows closed I think I misunderstood and thought that the mute would make the violin have no noise at all so I didn't understand the good of it. Like I say I'm a get one I don't see the harm in people hearing me they don't even try to play an instrument but again I am going to get one I decided thank you for your advice

Now I understand that you can still hear the tone with the mute. But I don't ever use one.
