I never make it through this song without crying like a baby. Sara has to be one of the best and least known songwriters on the planet. Then there is Morissette, who should be an international star by now. This song moves from conversation to remembering out loud. Each step dishing out the desperation and hopelessness and regret. Then ending wistfully but determinedly.
