Admob ads having lot's of issues so alternative of that we are going to use Ironsource we have other alternative also we can use. But I think iron source is better than others.

Just add implementation 'com.ironsource.adapters:facebookadapter:4.3.38' to build.gradle... No need to add .aar file :)
