Hi Sue, just found your channel. I happen to have the same toilet and box from Dunelm😂 Rather than lift the toilet into the box, you can just put the open box upside down over the toilet, then pop the lid on top and you have your seat/footstool as before 😊

You are right about always buying things , i am thinking about buying a small wheel barrow so on pension day , I can fill up the barrow and walk around to empty it at the motorhome accessories store, I am all for convenience.

Love the stool for the loo! Very clever idea. We have a ridgemonkey too but don't use it that often anymore. We only use it for omlettes and we hardly eat eggs anymore lol. We don't have a spirit level, we use the pull chord in the bathroom as a plumb line lol. Lovely music at the end. Very relaxing.

great vid, I might buy the torch! I use the spirit level flat down, in the middle of the van floor, with a quick look round to check level both ways at once while going up the ramps
Think we are all the same, when first timers ask me I suggest putting everything usefull in the van, go away for a weekend then take out everything you never used or looked for😀.
Great video. Be careful nothing falls out your junk drawer as it can fall behind the fridge. I have thin cutlery pods that clip together with all kinds of different sizes. I don’t have as much in that drawer now because of the risk of items falling behind but please can you post me the link and I’ll take a look it sounds a good idea. When we emptied out our second last caravan, we found that I had been carrying 36 hand towels, not micro fibre ones, normal ones.. We all have junk drawers, I didn't see any junk in your drawer, looks like a lovely spot to go for a run. We've ordered our T6.1 (Colin) last December and we're now learning about what we need for our first trip. :) Question Sue ... how long did you have to wait for your van? We're still waiting for ours and the company that's doing the fit out don't seem to have much of an idea when it will be finished! freaking me out tbh! I’m still learning as I go and hope if its something you want to do in the future you go ahead and give it a go. I got my van before the price hikes thankfully and it took 4 months from start to finish. I had struggled to find a donor van to convert and the conversion company already had a couple on order so I bought one of those and the conversion through them. From what I hear recently, the demand is so far exceeding supply people are waiting a lot longer for vans and conversions. Is your van at the conversion stage now? ATB, Sue.

Tip for the toilet put the box upside down over the toilet it’s easier than lifting the toilet in and out

I got my van before the price hikes thankfully and it took 4 months from start to finish. I had struggled to find a donor van to convert and the conversion company already had a couple on order so I bought one of those and the conversion through them.
From what I hear recently, the demand is so far exceeding supply people are waiting a lot longer for vans and conversions. Is your van at the conversion stage now? ATB, Sue.
