Glad you are back Troy. I agree Facebook can eat up your life and loose too much time. Keep up the good work with videos please
Thank you for picking up where John's Arcade left off. John really let society down.
Hi Troy great to see you back. I know what you mean about the phone and Facebook. The only reason I’m on there is because of market place. I’m always looking for arcade games and I follow arcade monitor repairs group. Paperboy looks amazing. Love you sharing with us stay well.
@@thomasberrios9651 thank you and I am trying to simplify my life a little bit
You did an amazing job of that man. And onthe phone front, more and more people are moving to basic phones to take back their lives. Doom scrolling and addictive social and shorts apps are taking up so much of our time. Anyway, awesome Paperboy!
I never knew there was an arcade version, the bike handlebars look cool. I had the SNES version as a kid. It is a hard game so it makes sense it was an arcade game first.
Glad to see you back in the basement as well. I thought you were catching up on some sleep n family/friends time. I only use social media for purchases and information. People of the world is not as comfortable to deal with these days from even 20 years ago, sign of times I think. Anyways keep it pushin and know WE depend on you and verifiably appreciate your hard work n efforts!
Awesome I have been waiting to see a new video from you. Congrats on the restore!
Retro arcade and a retro phone! 💪
@@overtimearcade lol you should’ve seen the guy at the store when I told him what I wanted he looked at me like I was nuts
Looks awesome with that artwork good to see that monitor work out for you. And I think you might be on to something with disconnecting from everything I’ve been shutting off my notifications for the last couple months some days it gets crazy and you just gotta shut it down
@@WayneSylv thank you and life was a lot simpler before all this technology
Hey Troy!
I must have missed you putting a PC CRT into this cabinet.
Have you heard of this mod for signal converter board called "gbscontrol"? It greatly improves scaling, lag and features of those cheap Scaler boards and also let's you overlay scanlines. Might be worth looking into if you have more of these boards 😊
Yes I actually might have one somewhere I had on in a missle command cabinet that had a flat screen at one point
Hey Troy, on that cell phone thing, I've been seriously considering the same thing you just did with the flip phone. Only thing holding me back is being able to keep my current cell phone number. Were you able to do that?
@@atariforever2002 I don’t know if you can keep your same phone number. I think you can. I was just so irritated. I didn’t even care. I didn’t even ask if I could save my old number, but I’m pretty sure you can.
@@troylukans2174 yeah I would have to keep my number, its tied to too many things business-wise
Would you know who fixes monitor chassis, i have k4900 chassis board that is bad. I can’t find the issue, i did a cap kit and still the same,I don’t see the monitor come on, I changed it out with a known good chassis and the monitor comes on and works just fine, so this proves my chassis is bad and not the crt.
@@m714w2 check with Charlie from overtime Arcade I know he talks to a guy that does a lot of monitor repairs I am kind of in the same boat as you some of my monitors I can fix some of them. I have no clue what’s wrong with them.
Only in america where people cannot pay rent or food and this guy was born at the right time so therefore he can have a full size ARCADE in his basement.....
@@slottygw2wvw842 that’s what 32 years of busting my ass 5 to 7 days a week does for people you have to work for what you want nothing in life is free you get out of life what you put into life
Great to have you back Troy - you’ve been missed. Another great conclusion to a great project.
Thank you very much
