Great content. The video goes from feeling like first person POV to being there in real time ✨i also enjoyed the music choice it is relaxing and fits well.
Really enjoyed your video, I travelled alone to Spain in 2018, my first time going abroad from UK on my own. I loved it and so want to visit Paris. I spent 2 hours there 40 years ago, en route to another destination whilst working as a children's nanny. Your vlog gave me some interesting ideas of where to visit and it was nicely filmed. Thank you!
Holà! As a French I loved your video ❤ Gives me some ideas for weekend even though I live there 😂 I must say it is really enjoyable to watch you speak French, you made more effort than most of American tourists unfortunately 😅 I don’t know if you looked into why their is a farm in Versailles? Marie Antoinette asked it to be built so she could act like a farmer and see what the life of the people was. But of course it was mostly a small amusement parc and she was showed only the good sides 😊 Ah and I must say we eat escargots mostly around the end of the year festivities 🥳 it’s not a common dish even for us take care
Ah thank you! Yeah I was nervous about my French, I tried to speak the basics as much as I could--the people were very nice. And yes, I did read into that about Marie Antoinette and also about The Hameau de la Reine, which was straight out of a fairytale honestly.
@@vida.anamar happy new year! I really think even only 2 or 3 words in french already change the experience, Parisian don’t tend to be nice but when a tourist make the effort to speak French it changes for the better 😄 So cool to hear! I’ll be waiting for the part 2 😊
Definitely buy your tickets ahead of time! For the Louvre keep in mind that they close on Tuesdays, and buy a timed entrance ticket too (I have it linked in my bio). I also recommend using public transportation over uber/taxi. Google maps was my best friend for that!
I am moving there this weekend alone . Can toy pelase tell should i take a travel guide for varsaiiles or should i move alone. Is it hectic to move alone or is easy and economic.
Hi. I believe it’s easier to do it on your own. You can rent an audio guide when you arrive and go through the palace at your own pace. It’s also cheaper that way because tour guides will charge you more. I do recommend you buy your ticket in advance.
I wore Dr. Scholl's sneakers. They were very comfortable and also paired very well with outfits 🥰 And I can't imagine how awful that must have been, I'm sorry. Versailles is no joke lol
congratulations young lady. You will never forget Europe. I live solely for the chance to see it again. ps. Lisbon Amsterdam and Prague are even better than Paris.
