I'm getting obsessed with pcp's (I have 2 break barrels and a dozen powder burners) and want to start iguana hunting! I already have a 20' center council (iguana is often hunted by boat), now I just need the pcp (I'm learning towards the FX Maverick). Close to pulling the trigger (on the FX. Pun intended), what about you guys doing a Florida trip for iguana hunting? Just the wife and I in a 4 bedroom in central Florida (east coast). Just a thought. (P.S. I'll take you all ffishing too!)..

What are the numbers on this gun? Shots per fill? FPS? Things like that. I keep going back and forth between this and other guns. Is this gun maxed out?

Seemed like I was seeing lime green colored pellets....could be the cabin fever going on with me too, LOL. I was surprised to see you extract your fingers from the 30's. Sweet rifle set up Norm, would love some numbers but ok if not. You fellas inspire hope for a lot of people that cannot afford the high performance Impacts, etc. Rick Rehms does a nice job of reviewing the different models/brands and no doubt is highly proficient, I wouldn't mind seeing a random brand test shoot from you guy. I also know this is a request that requires a HUGE amount of effort and bother on your part. Thanks for sharing, I love your way men.

thanks Joe. this a great gun and a ton of fun to shoot especially for the price. but in my eyes this dreamlike and the impact are in two different leagues. the impact 30 is such a power house and so versatile from shooting pigeons to killing coyotes. me personally love my impacts and they are my go too guns
BTW I have a Death Grip as well, it works equally well with the Texan, Armada and the Avenger. A bit hefty to tug around but totally solid. Really a game changer for the heavier long guns. You are right about the flat stock bottom, it would be cool to see Bog get into some adapter type accessories specifically for Arca, Pic, etc.
I have the same set up in 30 cal. as soon as I seen that tripod I immediately ordered it. it is worth every penny! ....great videos keep em coming....thanks!
OUTSTANDING!!!! my collection is growing also.. I just picked up 3 hatsans.. a flashpup in 22. A proxima in 25. And a torpedo in 25. ! 1 new pcp. And 2 under levers! These will be my first under levers. Ill post footage soon ! Hope you have time to watch!!
Great video guys! I think that chassis has a threaded hole for a tripod mound in it as well, doesn’t it? The vice allows more flexibility on placement on the tripod though. Keep up the great work! 👍

Love the shots with the .22. I just got some of these slugs a couple of weeks ago, I've only tried them at 50 yards, the wind has been horrendous for a bit around here, we were having 40 mph gusts a couple of days ago and I thought I'd try pellets at 100 yds, I think I hit my 2" target 6 times out of 30 shots, lmao. I was happy with that, my guns not super accurate at 100 yards, it does ok, but that coupled with the wind, I was a happy dude, and it was fun, gusts from the East, and West shooting north, I didn't expect to hit it at all, but I came back in the house feeling satisfied 😁
Been playing with my Gauntlet for the last month, I’m beginning to think these are almost easier to shoot than a rimfire. I’ve done a ton of shooting over 30+ yrs, but I’m figuring the drops and windage much quicker than I thought. Although I will say I forget to dial back in on closer shots, so I’m mostly using my mils unless I’m taking really long shots, 100+. I’m addicted to the .25 hybrids. Those thing smack like nothing else.
@@68Whiskey For sure, but scary accurate? My go too for my .22s was always the old Winchester Power Point. Haven’t seen them in years. Not sure if they even still make them, but I managed to squirrel away almost 1000 rnds before the whole Y2K thing. I only use those for hunting. Anyway the pop those would make was unnerving. You could hear it at 150 yrds+. Those 25’s remind me of those. Scary hard hitting, super accurate. You could drop one round right in behind the other, consistently, with either my 10-22 or my old Mossburg 151B.

Do you guys use pellets or slugs in your 30 cal impact? Just got my mk2 30 cal, shoots the 44 grain jsb awesome at 880 FPS with the reg. Set at 100bar. It shoots so accurate with pellets I’m afraid to put a slug liner in it to shoot past 100. Do you have guns designated as a slug only or a pellet only gun or do you keep track of the tunes?
we shoot both out of a slug liner, and keep track of tunes. for me, slugs are at max on the power wheel, and pellets are at 3 simple turn of the wheel on this gun not all are that simple but most are if you are running a slug liner.
I agree with what norm said. You cant beat the impact no matter what you compare it to. However, this rifle will do all that 99% of air gunners want it to do. But its not my 200 yard woodchuck gun for sure
Gotta tell you Cuzz. I love the way that chassis looks and operates. But the price on it is ridiculous. Money is not the issue for me. But I could see where that would be hard for many other people to find it in themselves to spend that kind of money. Including myself. Good video guys. Hope all is well my air gun brothers. 👍🇺🇲✌

The gun operates fine on its own. But so does a rem 700. Yet people still pay up and put $1500 stocks on em. Know what im sayin?
Bro! The battle scars on my helmet from dirt biking, I can't even tell you! It's amazing I'm still alive! Can't remember how many times the bike has landed on my Head! That's probably because I've been hit in the head with a dirt bike... Js.

It has a power plenum, and is pushed pretty hard. 890 fps, two mags per fill. great gun choice if you go that way!
Hi I’m pushing 23GR at 965 fps and getting about 50 shots on a 480 cc bottle but with my own power plenum and hammer on max and port on .25-.30.
