Pray for my husband we have been seperated since July and he moved out in November. I'm praying that God will break his will. That God will do whatever it takes to draw him back to himself and that my husband will repent and come back to God and me and our marriage. That's where I am right now, I prayed and fasted over the same things for years.. Yet I'm now 36 still no marriage, no kids,my family is still dysfunctional, last year I prayed and fasted for favour to keep my job, guess what? I lost it... One year no job, I've been applying and sending CVs, I've even tried to start a business for some income, but people don't even support that business.. I have always believed in God, I just don't know why I seem to be soooo out of His reach... I feel even more sad, because I see people who blatantly live in sin and being wicked prosper!.. Yet His children are suffering

thx for your videos. you seem actually compassionate to the deepest pain and despair, unlike many pastors and influencers. i do this. no answer. 42 years. god why dont u ever heal my broken heart. 😔 whenever i pray with words it always feels false. i beg god to read my heart. i am a true one. i could give so much. but instead so many of my days and those i care for are wasted in so much pain. i am trying to be grateful. i just feel so incredibly hurt, rejected, discarded, ignored. it has been decades. i’m not just being immature. god i am literally desperate. i know i have a lot for which to be grateful. but this pain that haunts me. i can’t bear it. but i have to. i have no choice. god please just heal the heartbroken everywhere. it is the most cruel unimaginable experience, to have a heart of gold and have the world break your heart for so long.

God has healed me many times of various health issues especially the last one 9 yrs ago when I suffered from adenomyosis... Bleeding of the uterus for almost 5yrs being housebound and almost bedridden but I never gave up and recovered after menopause but this time what I'm facing is too challenging and difficult for me to press on with perseverance and persistence. Please all pray for me. I had a stroke a year back affecting the left side coz of high blood pressure which shoots up very high from time to time and I was also diagnosed with a brain aneurysm so need my blood pressure to be always normal but the medication is causing me very bad and severe side effects, bad digestive issues so bad that I can hardly eat anything much and it's making me feel so depressed and helpless coz I can't give up the medication. Please pray for a miracle for me my dear brothers and sisters🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I so appreciate this video and your perspective Dustin. Too many times I hear people downplaying the power of fervent, persistent prayer and unrelenting faith in God to come through and answer us. I constantly hear about how we are just supposed to leave everything to God's will, almost as though it makes no difference whether or not we make specific requests to God and as though God's will is not only inscrutable but also invariably inclined to reject that which we are asking for. This results in timid, ineffectual prayers that cancel out the teachings of Jesus. Jesus asked people to tell him exactly what they wanted and He was most pleased by those who demonstrated true faith in Him to answer them. I heard someone say recently that God doesn't need to do miracles because they won't help anyone to believe in Him and that the only thing He prays for is for God's will to be done. I was just flabbergasted by this. There is no faith shown by simply asking for God's will to be done rather than having a strong enough connection to God to be confident in our expectation that He will answer the specific prayer we are making which we trust enough to be in God's will because we know the Lord well enough to believe Him for it.
I thank God for Romans chapter 8:1, that says "there is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus." Since that's true, then there is no reason for God not to answer my prayers unless he says that I'm not wise or mature enough to receive the blessings of restoration that I've been asking and praying to him for. If that's the case, then I have asked God for wisdom every morning. It is written in Lamentations 3:22-23 that God's mercies are new every morning, It is written in James 1:5 that if I ask God for wisdom, He would give it to me in abundance. I am willing to receive God's blessings, but I don't know what's blocking me from receiving them. I've asked God to give me Revelation knowledge on what's blocking me from receiving His blessings. But for some reason I'm still not receiving an answer for the wisdom that I would need to receive the blessings.

If little boy keeps asking and keeps asking and keep the asking for something, that proves that he believes that if he keeps asking he will get it. Pastor I hope you can answer this for me, every morning I ask God for his wisdom. I would say "Father, may I please have your wisdom. I thank you in, Jesus' name Amen." Or "God, may I please have your wisdom, I thank you." Or "Holy Spirit, may I please have your wisdom, I thank you." Then I would read one chapter of proverbs. I do this every day, every morning yet things remain the same. What am I doing wrong, am I asking amiss?
So we have to badger God, nag him until he's worn out and gives in? Is that really the way a loving all-powerful father wants from his children before he supplies their needs? All fathers I know, who aren't all even what one would consider "good" fathers, freely give their children everything they can... most times the children don't even have to ask.

God has healed me many times of various health issues especially the last one 9 yrs ago when I suffered from adenomyosis... Bleeding of the uterus for almost 5yrs being housebound and almost bedridden but I never gave up and recovered after menopause but this time what I'm facing is too challenging and difficult for me to press on with perseverance and persistence. Please all pray for me. I had a stroke a year back affecting the left side coz of high blood pressure which shoots up very high from time to time and I was also diagnosed with a brain aneurysm so need my blood pressure to be always normal but the medication is causing me very bad and severe side effects, bad digestive issues so bad that I can hardly eat anything much and it's making me feel so depressed and helpless coz I can't give up the medication. Please pray for a miracle for me my dear brothers and sisters🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I so appreciate this video and your perspective Dustin. Too many times I hear people downplaying the power of fervent, persistent prayer and unrelenting faith in God to come through and answer us. I constantly hear about how we are just supposed to leave everything to God's will, almost as though it makes no difference whether or not we make specific requests to God and as though God's will is not only inscrutable but also invariably inclined to reject that which we are asking for. This results in timid, ineffectual prayers that cancel out the teachings of Jesus. Jesus asked people to tell him exactly what they wanted and He was most pleased by those who demonstrated true faith in Him to answer them. I heard someone say recently that God doesn't need to do miracles because they won't help anyone to believe in Him and that the only thing He prays for is for God's will to be done. I was just flabbergasted by this. There is no faith shown by simply asking for God's will to be done rather than having a strong enough connection to God to be confident in our expectation that He will answer the specific prayer we are making which we trust enough to be in God's will because we know the Lord well enough to believe Him for it.

I thank God for Romans chapter 8:1, that says "there is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus." Since that's true, then there is no reason for God not to answer my prayers unless he says that I'm not wise or mature enough to receive the blessings of restoration that I've been asking and praying to him for. If that's the case, then I have asked God for wisdom every morning. It is written in Lamentations 3:22-23 that God's mercies are new every morning, It is written in James 1:5 that if I ask God for wisdom, He would give it to me in abundance. I am willing to receive God's blessings, but I don't know what's blocking me from receiving them. I've asked God to give me Revelation knowledge on what's blocking me from receiving His blessings. But for some reason I'm still not receiving an answer for the wisdom that I would need to receive the blessings.

Kim Feeney The Bible never ever says “stop asking because it’s like you don’t believe.” I don’t know where you hear that but it’s not in the Bible anywhere ever. Whoever is telling you that is giving you their opinions and making things up.

If little boy keeps asking and keeps asking and keep the asking for something, that proves that he believes that if he keeps asking he will get it. If he want something but doesn’t even bother asking his mom or dad for it it’s because he doesn’t believe we would give it to them anyway.

Pastor I hope you can answer this for me, every morning I ask God for his wisdom. I would say "Father, may I please have your wisdom. I thank you in, Jesus' name Amen." Or "God, may I please have your wisdom, I thank you." Or "Holy Spirit, may I please have your wisdom, I thank you." Then I would read one chapter of proverbs. I do this every day, every morning yet things remain the same. What am I doing wrong, am I asking amiss?

All fathers I know, who aren't all even what one would consider "good" fathers, freely give their children everything they can... most times the children don't even have to ask.
You have given the example of Mark 11:24, that once we ask we should believe we have received, but here you say we should keep asking. Why do you say to keep praying but you have said that we should act like what we prayed for has been received already. Now you say keep asking?

Hes not a genie, luke 11, that's our example, we can give him our prayers but he is in control and he answers then according to his will and plan, that's my take on it, I could write more but doing this one fingered, chronically ill, young, been stripped, so many prayers going up for me for yrs, suffering more now than ever and it doesnt look good, god is looking for someone that is surrendered, trusts him with how he does or doesn't answer, I still pray for healing and many things but something is off or its just not in his will for my life
