- An easy but delicious egg curry made with aromatic spices...
Ingredients:
5 eggs
1 medium size onion paste
2 medium size tomato paste
1+1 tsp ginger garlic paste
10-12 curry leaves
3-4 tbsp coriander leaves
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1 1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin powder
3-4 green chillies
4-5 tbsp oil
