Powerful man. I commented on a past video probably 3-4 months ago about me going sober for a new job opportunity. I got sober, worked hard in my department (logistics loading trucks in a rail road yard) the opportunity came up in the rail road department last week(conducting, engendering) and they offered it to me. First ever employee to transfer from the logistics department. My manager from logistics didn’t want me to go because I was that impressive, but he understood why I took it as a man to better my life for my wife and son.

Today is day 29 of 30, the last day, working out under these conditions, let me know mentally and physically what I am truly made of, being able to push myself, fighting through thirst and the desire to eat. This once a month yearly experience continues to increase my empathy regarding people who are hungry for more than 30 days. With that being said, I live life very positive, my glass is always have full, and I embrace life challenges, simply as getting the experience needed to move forward. Remember health is wealth, it can't be bought, everyone on the same playing field regarding what you choose to eat.
