I own all three stocks in my portfolio. Together they make up 10.08% of my holdings. Realty Income is my largest portfolio holding. Another monthly payer that I own is MAIN. Another plus is that all four pay their dividend roughly 14th/15th of every month. Look forward to your content, it never disappoints and forces me to dissect my own portfolio on a regular basis. Hope to see you in the next power hour.
I’m going for the longer investment dividends with smaller spend percentages and smaller 2%-4% dividend payout yearly. But also you gotta consider if it says 10% dividend that means yearly so if it does dividends quarterly every dividend payout is only 2.5% keep that in mind.
Nice video. My monthly payers are O, MAIN, STAG, EFC, UTC and ACP. Own in my Roth and HSA!! Issues I have now is I can get 4.96% on my cash in my cash management account that pays monthly also.
Another fabulous video presentation, Mark, on three excellent REIT investment ideas! I currently own O and STAG, and have ADC on my watch list but it has always seemed pricey to me--your video suggests otherwise. Good stuff!
Hello my friend. New viewer in your channel from Portugal. Can you please tell me where can i find all this information from the companies? Also what should i look for when doing my own reasarch? Thanks in advance.
I’m compiling and picking stocks that I’d love to hold on to for a few years before retirement, do you think these stocks would do better over the years? I’d love to retire with at least $2million savings. Now you gotta rely on a pretty good diversification if you must stay green. Currently up 31% and being cautious. Still better deal than letting it sit in savings or checking earning near 5% interest
Just like any other dividend stock, I prefer to keep them in my ROth IRA, but I certainly have REITs and dividend stocks in my taxable. Not my first priority, but they exist.
Was looking into webull and thinking about purchasing some Realty Income on there any feed back or info would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance!
Realty Income Corporation (O)... 225% payout ratio. No thanks. Not interested. I can't trust something like that. Didn't bother with the rest of the video after that one.
You must be unfamiliar with REITs. You do not calculate a payout ratio for REITs utilizing EPS, instead you want to look at FFO or even better, AFFO. Sites like Seeking Alpha are going to show EPS Payout ratio to keep it consistent

Mark, you sounded like you didn't like MPW. Can you share why you feel that it is risky or not preferred? I just want to understand your thoughts.
