I’ve noticed the US election as well as the Trump effect had a couple of stocks and assets doing quite well. I’m considering between VOO, XLK, SCHD and VDY to get alongside my portfolio.
@@joceylingranada9115 I don’t think so, there’s a fair overlap but not negative. I’ve come to realize diversification plays a major role as regards lucrative results. It’s gotten my 120k startup seven times the initial in 10 months.
I’m convinced that investing significantly in a good stock before it grows big is more important than buying the dip, however picking the right company lies the difficult task. My question is; what are the best ways to accrue profits both in a bull and bear market?
The issue is people have the "I will do it myself mentality" but not equipped enough for a crash. Ideally, advisors are perfect reps for investing, and at first-hand experience, my portfolio has yielded over 300% since the covid-outbreak to date, summing up nearly $1m.

I've stuck with ‘’Karen Lynne Chess” for more than 4 years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field with over two decades of experience, simply look her up.
@@carl.rankovic thanks for the lead, just searched Karen by her full name, easily spotted her consulting page and was able to schedule a call session with her, she seems highly professional from her resumé
I'm taking a hybrid approach with VGT, SCHD, and VOO as my foundation over a 20-year horizon. I still enjoy life, travel, and buy what I love. It's the best combo, plus I enjoy the small victories of dividends, dividend growth, and share price appreciation.
I started my portfolio with REITs in January 2024. My current positions are: 1st O (Realty Income), 2nd STAG, 3rd SPG (Simon Property), 4th NNN (National Retail), and 5th VICI.
Thanks, Mark, for an excellent presentation on the "bull" case for these three REITs. I am currently long PLD and VICI, and hold them for the long-term. Good stuff!
Thanks for the video Mark. I went deep with REIT’s starting in May ‘23. VICI and PLD (in at $105)are my #3 and 4 REIT positions, with AMT #1 and O #2. ADC, WPC, AVB, MAA and ARE (5) being others. I’m at about 30% REIT’s, only adding to ARE at the moment in this space.
PLD just seems like a no brainer nowadays! With Amazon taking over the world, and online shopping rising every year, a warehousing reit has to have a bright future! And as far as VICI is concerned, the house always wins! 😂
Definitely VICI looks really appealing to me. Thank you for the visiting. I will be investing in o till I get to owning 50k worth of them but I wanted another one to invest in as well and vici looks like the one I should go after thanks 🙏
In today’s volatile market, diversify your assets with safe investments like HYSA, REITs, index funds, growth ETFs, and bonds. However, Before making any investment decisions, consider consulting with a financial advisor to tailor a plan to your specific needs and risk tolerance.
Financial advisors can be expensive, but they’re crucial for success in the financial market, especially if you’re on a deadline. I was laid off during the 2022 tech cuts, but I used my savings to invest in the stock market with the help of a financial advisor. After doing some research, I managed to grow my portfolio to over a million dollars in just two years, thanks to my high risk tolerance.
I'm glad I found this conversation. My risk tolerance is high, and I want to take advantage of the upcoming market run. Can you direct me to your advisor?
Sure i don't mind. I've stuck with ‘’Kimberly Grace Flanagan ” for years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look her up.
Thank you for the lead. I searched Klmberly Grace Flanagan up and her webpage popped up, and I have sent her an email. I hope she gets back to me soon. Cheers!
I have PLD and Eqix. Equinix has worked out extremely well. PLD has been decent. Strongly considering VICI for quite a while. Like your perspective on good properties. Perhaps a sign of good management. Just as important is buying w margin of safety. Appreciate the approach.
I've just begun learning about value investing, and I've found that many good stocks are undervalued despite their intrinsic value. If you had quarter of a million to create a strong portfolio, which stocks would you choose for better returns?
I think a good portfolio should have three basic things: ETFs for diversification, dividend stocks for cash flow, and leading tech stocks. With your budget, it's a good idea to talk to a fiduciary advisor for expert advice.

Well, I chose Victoria Louisa Saylor as my advisor after her interview on CNBC In 2020. She is SEC regulated with offices in the US and quite frankly a genius with portfolio diversification. You should look her up
I had lots of luck with the Uniti Group this year, I bought them back in the first half of the year and it has grown by 98% at one time! I am quite unsure how to handle this situation though because keeping it in my portfolio means good dividend but sometimes I am also tempted to sell it
Hospitality REITS, after 2020 and 2021, I moved completely away from hospitality investments, REITS data centers the future and global shut down doesn’t impact negatively consumer base, ✅ great content as always, thank you Mark. Your channel is fabulous, 👏🏼👍🏼
MPW is better than all the REITs listed here, in my opinion. It is way down because of a short attack and bad news, but that bad news is now in the past and the stock price is getting ready to soar.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts ❤ Can you please share your thoughts on the stocks and etf that can be benefited under the new administration of Trump?❤
Amazing video, you work for 40yrs to have $1M in your retirement, meanwhile some people are putting just $10K into trading from just few months ago and now they are multimillionaires, thanks Charlotte Grace Miller
I'm surprised that you just mentioned and recommended Charlotte Miller, I met her at a conference in 2018 and we have been working together ever since.
She is my family's personal broker and also a personal broker in many families I'm United States, she's a licensed broker and a FINRA AGENT in United states

Great picks there. I fancy VOO and SCHD a lot.
Getting both not such a bad idea then, is it?

Not at all, a fair overlap not negative. A huge pointer is diversification. It’s grown my 120k startup seven times the initial in only ten months.
that’s some interesting figures cheers.
I haven’t had a good experience investing. I even thought my major in eco would give me an edge.

I would recommend little healthy companies with great growth forecast and that are undervalued like Occuphire pharma or Ardelyx

Despite having most of my $500k retirement in VGT, I try to beat my Roth with my taxable account but still underperform the S&P 500.

My 3 fav dividend growth REITs currently in my portfolio are VICI, CUBE, and PLD.
I was on the search for some REITs with international exposure. I'm glad your video came up.

Great reits to check. Thanks.
Glad you like them!
Prologis is still my favorite. E-commerce growth is unstoppable, but I'm also intrigued by the future of data centers with Equinix!
Nice video.. i am holding PLD, Vici, AMT & EXR.. what is your view on AMT & EXR
Mark, thoughts on ETF REITS? VNQ/SCHH?
Thank you!

I'm wanting to get into some Apartment REITs, like AVB. Thanks for your thoughts Mark.
I think MAA is another solid diversified choice too.
Great video
Glad you enjoyed it

I got some PLD from an earlier video, its done well for me. Thank you
In how much time?
Tax wise are REITs better in a Roth or TBA ?
hey Mark do you have any video on Fundrise REIT platform? Would love to hear your insights on it since you always talk about REITs. Thanks!
Excellent
Thank you so much 😀
Can we get an energy stock video? ET, EPD, etc. Made some great returns on both. Etf EIPI was just released not too long ago as well.

Hi, pld and vici ❤
PLD now at that desired $105 level! I'm in
"O" NO?
"O" is more interesting due to monthly DPU.
IREIT & VICI ... my main 2
Cool video
STWD, VICI, O and EPR is what we hold. yeah, it's 4, not 3, sue me.

Looking good now. Hopefully hit a bottom and its time to come right back up
I got a position in SCHH & called it a day. Also, couldn't resist a position in VICI.
Good call. I have SCHB which has 100.0% of SCHH's 119 holdings
I own PLD but wonder the impact of a possible Trumpian trade war on global logistics. And, why do you have 15% of your portfolio on REITs?!...
Only 3 REITs? Nah, I prefer to have 13 😆🤑
More the merrier

Combination of SCHD, JPEG, VYM. AND QQQ.
