I wanted a PSP for this game so bad back when it was new. The fact that it was a mobile version with a full 43 car field and the entire fight to the top is absolutely incredible

The game has a weird bug where it will freeze up and crash the PSP if you rub along certain walls. I have lost countless hours of progress to that bug.

@@WheelzGaming88 it was more of a random occurrence that could happen with any wall. I seem to remember it happening a lot on dirt ovals, but could really happen anywhere. Sometimes you could run the wall all race and be fine, then the next race you could crash the game on the first touch. It was a bug that even happened playing the game on the PS Vita.

I played this game A LOT over the years! It wasn't the best experience but i have a lot of fond memories of it. And when you're an 11 year old kid who only thinks about NASCAR, it's just unbelievable to have it and be able to take it anywhere.
I remember i wanted a PSP so bad specifically for this game and got both for Christmas 2009. I remember taking it with me everywhere. I put in a lot of hours on the bus rides to and from school and on long rides to the race track. I think this may have been the first game that ever got me tinkering with setups because you kind of run out of stuff to do after a while and try to figure out what other things did.
God, this game means so much to me and it's a pleasure to see you play it and hear your thoughts!

The controls were very funky on the PSP and the weird texture the analog had didn’t help. It was still fun playing at school when I should’ve been doing work.
I got a PSP when school was changed for covid, classes were like 90 minutes and teachers never had assignments that took the entire time. It was both a frustrating but fun experience.
Graphic glitches are unfortunately common with the actual game as well. I think they really pushed the limits for what the PSP could handle. I appreciate they tried getting as close to a full 07 port as they could get but I wish they would’ve cut down for better quality. It’s still worth getting if you’re looking for NASCAR 07 on the go, it’s better than nothing.

I literally got this game for my birthday. I think it was 2012. Still I enjoy the game and I’m glad that there’s one available on portable that I can take with me because my PSP Go fits right in my pocket and I love this game.

Nostalgia aside, NASCAR 09 for Xbox 360 online at Daytona was my favorite. I didn’t play any of the games after Inside Line though.

I can't begin to state how many hours I spend on this game, lol. I would try to do a full race weekend at certain tracks that had all three series available.
