Thank you for joining me for C2C Mini Bean Stitch Crochet Tutorial video tutorial! You can find find the full written instructions to go along with this video in my blog: madebygootie.com/crochet/crochet-c2c-mini-bean-stitch/ I'm looking forward to seeing your beautiful projects!
Hello Gootie I like c2c as well just learning different stitches. I like this one. But I can’t figure out how to make it into a scarf? My understanding is make it the width you like then only increase on one side. But to me I only see you increase on one side. Will you help me? Thank you. Also I tried to find your mini-bean scarf pattern but could not locate it. Thank you.
Hi Victoria! This video tutorial is only for the square version, that's why the decrease section is on both sides, and not one side. If you want to make into a scarf, as you said, you need to decrease on one side in order to turn it into a rectangle. I don't have a video tutorial or a pattern for a scarf using this stitch. But I do have a placemat pattern with this stitch which you can use, since it shows you how to turn it into a rectangle. You can find it here: madebygootie.com/crochet/modern-crochet-placemat-pattern/ I hope it helps :) Agat
I'm sorry you feel that way! My C2C Mini Bean stitch isn't classified as a beginner friendly. I have more corner to corner stitches that would be a better fit to start with. Why won't you try my C2C Lemon Peel stitch or C2C Suzette Stitch? They are more beginner friendly :)
I didn’t realize C2C are different stitches. I just heard they were beginner friendly. I will try the other stitches maybe they will be easier for me. Thank you for commenting. Your afghan is beautiful wish I could do it

I don’t know why people say C2C is beginner easy??? I feel ignorant because I can’t visualize where the stiches go. I’m so sad!
