I am 50 hours into Baldur's Gate 3 and it has been one of the most mindblowing experience for me in my 20 years of gaming experience. I have been stalling Lies of P for now, but I'm gonna play it once I'm done with BG3.

I remember the time when a TH-camr name Rawknee was live streaming Resident Evil 2 but on that time his some subscribers report the stream and than onwards he stop live streaming and and making gameplay walk-through videos on story based games and instead said he will always be playing the game's that his audiences want's to see . And also like the fact that you appreciate lazy assassin on his change of content genre, also because of him I have know a lot of different game's.

I wouldn't say that considering he bashed and at times insulted them instead of putting forward his points constructively.
He was always right. But there is a way of approach which completely changes the outcome of both the videos. We want a make a beautiful community here not to spread hate and toxicity.
I think the biggest problem with most people might be not the money itself but asking parents for the money. Most interested people are in college, and I too am in college and lucky to have a working older brother who plays games. So, I take Xbox game pass and Steam games from him. But with other people I know, it's not easy for them to ask money for video games. I have 4-5 friends who really want to play games but are held back by these problems. And both these services require credit card information, which most college students might not have (high change of having debit card than credit card).
Also to explain more about Xbox game pass for people unaware: it is available in just 350 rupees a month too. Very cheap. Games vary from rhythm ones like Hi-Fi rush to FPS games like Battlefield, Wolfenstein, online games like Wild hearts, souls like games like Lies of P and Wo long dynasty and AAA titles like Fallout, Starfield, Assassin's Creed, Yakuza (Japanese GTA), to even latest FIFA and FC Manager and Cricket 22.

People enjoy content like speedruns or challenges after completing the game.
This makes it easier for viewers to connect with streams like those of BGMI because there's no campaign, eliminating spoilers. Only those from the 19th and 20th generations may truly understand the essence of campaign gaming when buying CDs or getting them from friends via pendrive. Back then, internet access was limited, and playing offline campaigns was the norm. Today's younger generation starts their gaming journey with online gaming and may not fully appreciate the captivating stories single-player games offer.

@@zassar That could be because majorly youtubers chose to focus more on gta 5 and it's the latest entery into the franchise not to mention good chunk of Indian audience have started to care about graphics a lot. Another factor would be the mod support because many people are more keen on watching stories created using that mod more than the singleplayer of game itself,same applies for Minecraft.

The main issue is that the majority audience of videogame content in India is of young kids, who have time, so big social media influencers have no choice but to adhere their content as per this audience to grow, all big influencers across social media do this, and as a result , Indian audience turn to western influencers to find videogame content of their liking, it's a cycle

A though to work on a game and wanted to add in my dream game's list. The game is a simulation open world game, that will based on AI too. Where you can play as every being available on the planet. From human to animals, birds, insects, even plants. You can switch between any being. Now the purpose of the game is not to just play as character, the real purpose is how every being live its life. Like a old begger who is wandering streets to streets to earn his living, we can experience how their life goes in this world. How a bird makes its nest, feeds and fight for the life, how insects lives etc. The game will also feature gpt model so that every people will reply as we are talking to ai like (how are you?, what you want) if we talk in real time. Evey being will have their own tasks and looking for other things to implement. Would you really like this type of game? Let me know
