I dont think that companies should be focusing on a country in particular with any game tbh games should be enjoyed by everyone (online games connect people yes but wouldnt it be annoying if u couldnt play a game just because its not made for u sure they can take parts of culture the way persona 5 did but it shouldnt be catered to just one community) It does get annoying tho being surrounded by people who have only played free fire minecraft or bgmi their whole life
@c4az35 what i ment by companies focusing on india is adding servers or improving connectivity with indian servers. Most of the games i played in india had very high ping, but after moving to Australia, my gaming experience became much better. Almost all games have a dedicated AU server here.

Before I say anything I'll clarify that I've been playing video games my entire life. Started playing old Prince of Persia games to now finishing Cyberpunk the other day, so no one writes me off as gawar.
I disagree with you, we shouldn't gatekeep the concept of gaming by who plays which game or how many games. It's a growing industry, if we start gatekeeping people then there will never be any progress, you cannot improve things by demonizing one group of people because they don't play enough games.
Also at the end of the day for 90% of people, gaming is just a hobby and it's not that deep. You might be a TH-camr who makes money off of it but for most people it's not that big of a deal.

Well as someone who has been gaming on a PC for the last 30 years. I know 1 thing most of the audience even on PC and consoles are stuck to mostly 3-4 games on average in a year and those games are mostly Minecraft, Roblox, Fortnite, COD, FIFA, NBA and if some major mainstream games like GTA and assassins creed comes out they will play that. A huge portion of PC players are just playing CS, DOTA and Valo. Giving a tag of gamer, or non-gamer is really lame. I mean let people enjoy the things they like without judging them.

I watched your previous video and realised I was not doing justice to my 1 lakh plus setup. Playing the same old 2 games over and over again(valorant and CSGO). Sounds more like gatekeeping to me. I mean, i dont like those "gamers" you're referring to either but that doesn't change the fact that they will still be considered gamers. If we are just gonna gatekeep then even i get to say that games like Uncharted, Last of us, rdr2 etc are just glorified cinematic films with interactivity considering how devoid of gameplay they are. They use more cutscenes to tell a story than to use game mechanics.

According to me Playing just one game doesn't necessarily exclude someone from being a "real gamer." Being a gamer is more about the passion and engagement with video games than the number of games someone plays. Some people focus intensely on a single game, while others enjoy a variety of games. Both can be considered gamers as long as they have a genuine interest and enthusiasm for gaming. All valid points. Just one question to anyone who cares to answer. How do you know that those people you mentioned don't play any other games in their personal time? Maybe when they stop streaming they boot up some other game. Wouldn't that make them gamers? Or does playing games online only makes someone a gamer? Questioning people and their way of working is the easiest thing to do. I am 34 years old and have been gaming for almost 25 years but i still don't do elitist gatekeeping on who can Or can't call themselves a gamer. Maybe if you can prove that a certain person doesn't play anything else other than the game they play on TH-cam then your word is credible. Otherwise it's simply making wild assumptions and even wilder accusations.

ok I have played Clash of clans, Critical ops, Call of duty mobile, pubg, apex legends, Area f2, Asphalt 9, Clash Royal, Lonewolf, Asphalt nitro, CSR racing, Shadow Fight 2, Gangster Vegas, Multiple Truck simulator games, Gunship Battle and couple more (cant remember) all these mobile games and now I recently bought a pc already played call of duty 4 and world at war, War Thunder, Counter strike 2, Need for speed Most wanted.

When this same topic erupted years ago, ppl asked Dynamo to play other games so that Indian audience will come to know about different kinds of games and it will diversify the gaming community...but Dynamo straight up denied & said he won't play other games. There are so many ppl like him who are doing it just bcoz of the money. True gamers who like gaming or like to play different games are very few in India and they can't even grow bcoz the audience is full of "andhe bhakts"😭
A big reason why Indian Gaming Community couldn't grow out of BGMI is bcoz of the consumers, most of the fans have such bad taste in gaming but I guess that's bcoz most of them are kids. Anyway, Idk what you are trying to do by making these videos. I've already seen this happening before, nothing changed. IGC doesn't welcome PC gamers, it's saturated with BGMI players and will stay like that unless the audience stop watching them mindlessly.

Trust me bro. In India, there is Mobile "players" not Mobile "Gamers". And Mobile gaming market is big, but the only game that is popular is PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, CODM.
Let me clarify, Most of the mobile games that are played are Pubg Mobile, free fire, and max to max Call of duty Mobile. They are not ready to try other games. For example, when Apex Legends Mobile released on Mobile, that time I was checking some gameplay videos, and on most of them, I have seen 5-10 person commenting "This game is shit, the game is fast paces, PUBG mobile is better", I mean are you serious? I have also subscribed some good TH-cam channels who uploads new or good games videos that is available on Playstore/Appstore so with this i wouldn't miss any Good game. I know that Console and PC games can't be compared to smartphone games because it can't be able to handle such level of Content + Quality. But there's a way " Cloud gaming " as you mentioned this also which is nice for them who doesn't know yet. But many of them like me doesn't have high end phones that can't handle such console or PC games in the *Cloud*. me playing pc games since my childhood, was born on 2005, I have been playing games for over 12 years. I have played everything from GTA Vice City, GTA San Andreas, Call of duty modern warfare 1-3, Team Fortress 2, Valorant, Fortnite, Rocket League, Evil west(really good game, you guys should play it), Fall guys, God of war(on friend's playstation), Uncharted Lost Legacy (which, that game is in an Indian settings of the people speaking in Tamil), Spider-man, Watch dog games, Cyberpunk 2077, I could go on and on... . Games that are story-based gives me a sense of satisfaction after finishing, these games teach me morals. Now, I recently bought a gaming pc with r5 5600x and an RTX 3060 to both do my Engineering work(Believe me or not, I study Engineering cuz I like Mathematics and I have developed games in the past).
About the thing, PUBG Mobile, ahh man, the memories, me and my friends used to go to a playground and get a group together to play this game, This was during the March and May period of time in 2018(This was before the explosion of the popularity of the game and I am happy that I downloaded this game the day it got released), after May, I felt like This game is boring and had to move on to something else. But these players don't move on to other games as they simply don't know what is it like being a gamer
