    Calsher Dear outmarking freo keys late in game and taking contested grabs kicking goals thought he was very solid again and people forget he's 18.

    I actually thought the Charlie Cameron tackle was quite malicious, feel although he was letting anger out after being locked down all game, I reckon it was unnecessarily rough tackle with not much care for Liam Duggan

    You guys never discussed the wind factor in tassie is huge like no other ground, theres air pockets on ground and usually a scoring end most games, hawks had it in final qtr.

  • @S10xxxx
    @S10xxxx หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    Agreed was a very defensive game, Weddle is a crazy talent too was lining up in ruck at one point playing forward another then sweep down back can play anywhere and run all day.

    Appreciate the good times under Simmo but it proves he had to go as he wasn’t going to make the obvious changes that needed to be made

    How good does Harry Edward’s look, a few years ago he just looked awkward, build wise, now he looks like a genuine athlete/footballer, looks great, as for the Cameron tackle, I go back(not sure which year it was, the Nic Nat tackle on a port player, Nic got rubbed out, and it was none of the mentioned tackles, the MRP stated that Nic being a bigger body had a duty of care not to tackle so aggressively, Cameron’s tackle was overly aggressive, looked like he was driving his head forward too, I agree though that the Tackle situation is so out of whack, not sure how it goes, but I reckon he gets at least a week.

    I reckon Ginbey needs to get time in defence to grow as a player. Plus needs a bit of break after a season of hard running. I'd also like Hough to get some time up field to grow in that area. He's spent all year on opposition star forwards and he could benefit up the ground.

    Freo really should have won by a goal or so
    It frustrates me because other than the Melbourne game this year, they haven't put the foot on the throat of the Opposition when they've had full ground Dominance which they had in the 3rd & early into 4th QTR

    • @S10xxxx
      @S10xxxx หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Disagree, you didn't have dominance in the 4th overall the hawks did and sicily move your coach didn't combat well, freo also never got more than a 2 goal lead all game, in low scoring game Hawthorn didn't play their best either and do play the MCG much better than utas too and Ginnivan is the most important piece of the hawks forward line.

      @@S10xxxx Freo should've won by 5/6 goals but couldn't capitalise, Hawks got those bullshit last two frees in the 4th to get ahead and had a very good quarter while seems like Freo boys dropped their head. Chipping around the ball in your backline with 5 minutes to go shows where they were at

    If Eagles lose McGovern or Barrass to injury, then should the Eagles experiment with JWilliams down back and see if he can learn off the best forwards. Then go back to attack in future. It would also allow the Eagles to pick Archer Reid up forward and continue trialling Bailey Williams with Allen as forwards.

    If Fremantle want a shot at top 4, or even a shot at the 8 from how packed the race for the 8 is right now, every match from now on must be perfect, no mistakes, no nothing. In other words, it a must win in every match they play. Starting off with Melbourne this Sunday at Optus Stadium and a home Derby against West Coast at Optus.

    My biggest tick for WCE v Lions was dropping Darling, he needed to be dropped, I said years ago he should have been traded, the bloke cant jump anymore, completely useless for the team in our rebuild, let new guys in and let the rebuild happen properly. Under Simpson he got a game no matter what and that is not good enough. Darling has got bronx cheers for years, nuf nuf.

    Yet Reid got two weeks and the player carried on playing!!? What I don't like about Cameron's tackle is he tucked his head in tight on Duggans throat forcing his head hard into the ground! For me that's 3 weeks or 1 week and a $10,000 fine paid to Duggan.

  • @caltravels9454
    @caltravels9454 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Duggo is done, 2 brain injuries in one year, seeya later, West Coast can not refield him now, sorry Duggo but that is the reality of footy now around concussions, especially with Shep now suing the AFL and WCEFC. To try stop these tackle head knocks, the only solution is for all players to wear the padded head protection. I'm with you guys, it is the confusion of whether to bump, tackle or not even contest the ball that leads to this destruction of our game, players go out there knowing full well it is full contact sport, and shit happens. that is why you get paid millions.

      In the gather round in Adelaide your “home game” was against Carlton in that controversial tight loss, and the week after you play Port there in a heartbreaking 3 point loss… but in the same round my boys played the tigers at home when they had about 20 injuries 😂.
