I can be used to perform researches lost my eye back in 2006 due to retinoblastoma I never experienced seeing with both eyes it hurts

My big brother lost his both eyess due to mucormycosis. The doctor removed his both eye on December 2023. His age is only 27 and he's Newly married of 1 year only.
Can doctor do atleast trial to restore his only one eye. If I'll donate whole eye. Please reply
