The steps works but till the point where it can only animate. Unable to compute the Motion Analysis the same way. Only the disc part moves and spring remains in place while animation works smooth. Any suggestions?

Sir ,could you please show us how to make rectangular spring motion animation ?coz I found that is quite a challenge ,tried varias way but with no succcess.
