I have a rusty 96 k1500 I'm in the process of going through. I'll be mounting the same Western Conventional blade, but with a Myers E47 pump. I have the Myers light / pump bracket (off who knows what), but will be fabricating the entire lower mount. Your video gave me some idea on how to support the plow. Thanks!

just what I needed, I'm mounting one on a 1968 Massey Ferguson 40 industrial, I'll have to do some cutting ,welding drilling and buy some grade 8 bolts but it'll push snow when I get done. a tree seven inches around had grown up into the plow, that's how long it sat in the woods before I found it., yet the electric motor pushed oil when I jumped a battery to it. seeing yours has made me know that I can make it work on the old tractor.. thanks for posting.

Do you have any pictures of where you have the thrust arm attaching to the frame? Can't really make anything out in the video. Installing on a 80 k20 suberban and having a challenge trying to figure out where to line things up.

Do you know if you can take these old blades and hydraulic cylinders and switch them to a unimount frame?
I bought one of these old westerns (thinking it was a unimount) to try and put on my 03 ram 2500. $1200 into a mount and adapter (untramount to unimount conversion kit) only to find nothing fits. Wondering if you may have tried something similar yourself
