GUYS!! the video got copyrighted for the composition music 13 mins in so its muted for BARELY under a minute. (Editing this since I came off a bit crass) I apologize for the attitude lol but there is simply nothing I can do about a copyright. I have watched 43 John Wick reactions. Yours is the only one that had to mute one of the most important parts of the entire movie for a minute to allow it to be posted. Still a good reaction, but this statement saying people don't understand how if it upsets them then they don't know how TH-cam works is weird. I looked at your channel. I've been watching reactions on TH-cam since before you even had this channel so pretty sure I know how it works. Tons of other reactions have that specific part not muted and it posted fine. Not saying your reaction was bad. Was a good genuine reaction. But this hostile pinned comment is a huge red flag. It's also not accurate at all.

You can count the shorts, his reloads are on point, as he does not have the "endless" mag that so many movies use, depending on the gun (some hold more, some less bullets)
While all 4 are a series, 1 is (more or less) stand alone having a solid ending, while 2-4 are a trilogy with endings leading into the next movie.

When Miss Perkins said "Vigo is paying double to violate the rules of The Continental..." She knew the rule was no "business" on these grounds. That's why the assassins stay there. It's "consecrated" thus incurring "heavy penalties" ie. death. There is another rule that must be followed that is the foundation of the sequel. I enjoyed your reaction and I hope you continue the series.
Why would she just ignore the facts that it was known she conducted "business" on Cont'l Grounds? She should have either gone into hiding or become part of Vigo's protective squad! ;-)

It adds to the believability of the movie since there is precedence in real history. Some even argue that this is the origin of the Beggars Guild in China's past as well as the Ninja of Japan. If I may add a personal note, people who do work in military, intelligence and kill or capture squads must keep their feelings firewalled so they don't get in the way of what must be done.
You should see Keanu training for this franchise. He, IRL, broke a couple records for pistol marksmanship.
that first "oh", is the most impactful "oh", in movie history! u cant make the story, of a badass man any better, than by make it known who he is, through big boss mafioso type people, talking about how much of badass he is, and hear the respect AND fear in their voice...
When it comes to action movies this franchise is one of the best looking and choreographed bc these are all the matrix guys. Cinematography is next level like the matrix movies and the lighting and composition is also matrix levels.

Interesting fact the scene when john let the bouncer go. The little chitchat was not about the bouncers weight loss. They were talking about how many of his men he will be up against. It was an act of mercy for helping him.

I didn't get caught up in the franchise until I turned 60! I fugured it to be a real life upgrade of a video game! The 1st 3 parts play on a loop almost every wkend on my local cable service! ;-)
I remember the first time I saw this movie. I went to the old dollar theater not expecting much and came out shocked at how good it was. It’s definitely a classic.

The sensation of getting stabbed IS crazy actually, i got stabbed in my abdomen and it damn near killed me, i realized how unrealistic it is in these movies ppl getting stabbed with a 4 inch knife and just keep fighting, if you get stabbed and it injures an organ, you have 15 minutes tops and 10 of those 15 minutes you wont be able to walk

For the back story on world building, check out The Continental… it’s like a spiritual prequel… not sure directly connected, but it’s undeniable.

The John Wick series is one of the best action movie series ever made. You should also look for the video showing how Keanu trained using guns for this movie. Then he went through the same training with Halle Berry to get her ready for her part in John Wick 3. That is why the gun fight scenes are not all chopped up like a lot of other action movies do because Keanu basically trained to become John Wick for real. He has come a LONG way since Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure!
