    This is a Basketball tutorial for beginners in Hindi where I teach a basic Full body workout to increase and improve stamina and endurance for basketball at home after which you will never get tired during basketball matches and tournaments. This workout contains 8 exercises which work on different parts of your body and you can do this workout 2-3 days a week to stay fit and keep your body and stamina in peak condition for basketball games and tournaments. Stamina and endurance is very important if you want a long sports career and want to perform at your full potential every time.
    This is a basketball related channel where I teach how to play basketball in hindi, basketball rules in hindi, basketball basics in hindi, basketball tutorial for beginners in hindi and many such topics related to basketball.

      Try to do jumping exercises and work on your balance while landing otherwise it can lead to injury also
