Yes, this looks like Steven Staite as the "acting" Drum Major in what must have been one of his first gigs ? ..... since then, he's "calmed-down" somewhat and become more "stately" and dignified in the way he marches, instead of jumping round like a jack-in-the-box. He's now one of the big-hitting Guards Drum Majors who always looks smart and has a good military bearing. Very professional .... SuperNutkin
