Thank you Nina for the masking technique! This folder was not on my list, but it is now!😊❤ I really liked the crisp blending effect that you got and the no edge shaker...chefs kiss!
Wow! What's a fantastic card Nina Marie! The depth is so real, but it also reminds me of all of those old old Christmas animated shows, like the one with the abominable snowman etc, that always had the surreal looking snow etc... I loved this card! Thanks for the inspiration and happy Stamptember!! 💕🍁🍂👻☃️🌲
That card is just gorgeous. Thank for showing us the idea of using plastic to create a shaker card. It looks much easier than other methods. And is a great way to use up lots of cellophane bags that I have.
I love how you create and your finished projects are absolutely amazing! Since you're one of the few artists I follow who use Nuvo (or other) drops, would you mind sharing if they completely "set up" for you and don't flatten, even after drying for days before placing anything adjacent to them? I have a large number of them in my staff, however I don't use them due to my lack of success. If you have any tips, I'd be interested! Thank you!
I find that some colors flatten a little kore than others. But it could also be due to humidity. I try really hard to make sure I have a good “dome” of material for each drop. But I have found that external factors like humidity can sometimes influence how they dry.
love these cards.... I have a question for you do you have a video or blog post I am miss of how you did the coffee mug on the simon says stamp website. looks like you use the coffee bean stencil but I want to know how you blended the colors. Thank you.
Yes, I do! It is ninamariedesign.com. In the video description I put a link to my blog post for each card I create. The video contains text links to the products, and the post has all the picture links and photos of the card. I am guessing you saw my coffee card that I created with the Simon release-I haven't posted a video of that project yet, but I can tell you that I used the stencil with powdered watercolors to create an inked background. Then I die cut that with the coffee mug die. I hope to have that video up soon!

Does this work with 2d folders? My machine is so old that it just breaks the 3d ones
It should work just fine with 2D!
