लेकिन यह नही बताती कि कहानी propose से शुरू होगी तो लड़का अगर पूछ ले या थोड़ा आगे बढ़कर कुछ करे। तो उसको छेड़खानी के charge से बचा पाएगी क्या ये court?
इसके लिए कोई guidelines नही है सिर्फ परिवार बर्बाद करना मकसद है क्या court का?
नोट: लडको पर होने वाला कानून का अन्याय कोई क्यों नहीं देख रहा है? आपके भाई बाप नही है क्या?
Again मई कहूंगा संभव है इस particular case में जज की judgement technically और intentionally सही होगी लेकिन हर ऐसे case के लिए ये judgement सही नही हो सकती है।

Worst judgement I have ever seen, these judges are so arrogant , they always aims to free the accused and make an innocent person liable for the situation . This is the only reason due to which I hates judges of High Court and Supreme Court. Feeling so bad for the 6 year old little girl 😢😢😢.

What ghinona ghinona? This happened with child, so it was wrong act. But that doesn't mean that he left permanent wound for girl child. Because no wound is permanent. Such wounds are Normally healed within few weeks or few months only with some counselling and diversion of mind with friends and family. These doesn't mean that we should extremely criminalise sexual acts or feelings or intentions to these extent as our laws do. Secondly, we also have to understand that sexual crimes normally occur because of sexual deprivation. Criminalising sexuality itself in increasing this sexual crimes. So lawmaker should adjust and reframe the laws related to sexual crimes accordingly and quotes should be more judicious in adjudicating such matters instead of heavily and super heavily criminalising such acts. Better would be to make sexual crime equivalent to physical injury like hurting someone with fracture. Sexuality is gift of nature to humans. And it's a biological/physiological/psychological phenomena. Unnecessarily criminalising, the natural feelings itself is criminal wrong by state. And society. However, doing such thing against the other person can amount to be a crime equivalent to physical and mental injury, but not extreme crime as our law defines them.

ये judgement बहुत ही घटिया है इसमें कोई शक नहीं है.. पर आज ही केवल बहुत सारी ल़डकियों को लग रहा है कि भारतीय न्यायतंत्र अपंग हुआ है...
महिलाओं के साथ-साथ इस बेकार judgement के खिलाफ़ सभी पुरुष भी आक्रोशित नज़रं आ रहे हैं पर मेरे कुछ सवाल हैं...
1. दहेज देना गलत है पर divorce के बाद alimony लेना कहां तक सही है ?
2. Cruelty या domestic violence क्या सिर्फ महिलाओं के साथ होता है ?
3. Fake rape cases कितने हो रहे हैं आजकल?
4. कौन से ऐसे laws हैं जो पुरुषों के favour में हैं .. पर महिलाओं के favour में ? .. इस time कोई न्यायपालिका पर सवाल क्यूँ नहीं करता है .... ल़डकियों को भी इस सबके खिलाफ़ हमारे साथ आना चाहिए पर वो लोग भी तो बस तुष्टीकरण चाहती हैं अपने gender का ..😅

और जो एसा घिनौना काम करते हैं उनपर कार्यवाही होनी भी चाहिए, मैं उसके खिलाफ बिल्कुल नहीं हूँ और अच्छी ल़डकियों की बहुत respect करता हूं लेकिन वो अलग धारा मे होनी चाहिए मेरे कहने का ये मतलब था. लेकिन सारे गुनाहों को सिर्फ रैप की केटेगरी मे डाल दिया जाए तो Fake rape करना कितना आसान हो जाएगा.
सिर्फ सोचो के देखो लड़की को सिर्फ ये बोलना है कि लड़के ने कपड़े उतारने की कोशिश की और बिना सबूत के लड़का रैप केस मे अंदर. कितना आसान हो गया ना रैप केस करना!
Ncrb के आंकड़े देखो आज भी इंडिया मे हर 30 मिनट में किसी निर्दोष लड़के पर Fake रैप केस होता है.
लेकिन कोई आवाज उठाता है हम लड़कों की?

What ghinona ghinona? This happened with child, so it was wrong act. But that doesn't mean that he left permanent wound for girl child. Because no wound is permanent. Such wounds are Normally healed within few weeks or few months only with some counselling and diversion of mind with friends and family. These doesn't mean that we should extremely criminalise sexual acts or feelings or intentions to these extent as our laws do. Secondly, we also have to understand that sexual crimes normally occur because of sexual deprivation. Criminalising sexuality itself in increasing this sexual crimes. So lawmaker should adjust and reframe the laws related to sexual crimes accordingly and quotes should be more judicious in adjudicating such matters instead of heavily and super heavily criminalising such acts. Better would be to make sexual crime equivalent to physical injury like hurting someone with fracture. Sexuality is gift of nature to humans. And it's a biological/physiological/psychological phenomena. Unnecessarily criminalising, the natural feelings itself is criminal wrong by state. And society. However, doing such thing against the other person can amount to be a crime equivalent to physical and mental injury, but not extreme crime as our law defines them.

Jab rape hua hi nhi to phir rape kaise mana jayega. But ladki ka kapde utarna bhi ek gunah hai eske liye कठोर से कठोर सजा दिया जाए।
