BMS with balancing feature have 2X times peak current rating. Like 3S 40Amp BMaS with balancing. Possible to make bike battery with that. Here you can measure the cold resistance of bulb with DMM and determine inrush current it would take.

I have BMS 3S 10A connected with 3 pieces of 18650 batteries. On output I'm getting 10.5V total. But the batteries are not charging. And the batteries are new (refurbished). BMS was not active yet while I was connecting the batteries (B+, B1, B2 ...) and I didn't know that I have to follow the order from B- to B+, so I'm not sure what did I connect first. What could be a reason for batteries not charging? The BMS or the batteries?

Hi, Airtel Nokia router model = G2425GA. UPS banaya (3 Batteries + 3S BMS + XL6009). 12.1 V output par bahut kam back-up time milta hai. Ese badha de to jyda back-up time mil sakta hai. Toh fir Kitna max output set kar sakte hai, taki router damage na ho. 12.1 V, 12.5V, 13 V, 13.5 V ? max kitna ? Please reply kare.
back-up time check karte samay, jab battery 10.80V ho gayi, tab output off ho gaya. Fir jab input 12V connect kiya, toh bhi output ON nahi ho raha hai. iska matlab light jake fir vapis ane par ye turant kaam nahi karta ? Ab kya kare.
Sir is module per output py diode lagana chahiye ya nhi q k jab inductive loads ko chalatay hain tou voltage sy module kharaab tou nhi hojaege.

Can you give a good 3s bms link which have all of this protection but the battery pack should cut of when any of the cell touches 3v because below 3v is completely over discharge which can easily affect battery life span so I don't recommend this bms

I made a circuit, with (3 Batteries 2000AH + 10A BMS & XL6009) - output set to 12V & working fine. But, the battery voltage is dropping automatically even if the input voltage is ON fed by a 12V adapter of original Nokia/Airtel router. At start it was 11.5, now it is 10.6, still observing it. May be the output will become off aftersome more time. Why the battery voltage should drop instead of increasing ?? Where could be the problem ?? Please advice.
First why u need a booster module if it's same as input power. From bms the xl6009 circuit must be with diode, then output of xl6009 to load. That xl6009 is culprit

i connected battery with bms. But output is not coming p+and p-.battery voltages are coming properly like 3v,6v,10v

bro your bms is working .. try to sort it with 12 volt charger for 5 seconds..then your bms will give you o/p
