    Thank you for the demonstration! Just remember to wash new products before use, they're covered in fine manufacturing debris from the factory.

    I usually just use cherry roma tomatoes, and if I want them dry, I pop them between the palms of my hand and use my thumb to press out the seeds and pulp where 90% of the moisture is. As for the leftover pulp, it can be used in veggie stock, pasta sauces or just tossed through a baby leaf salad with some lime juice and salt and pepper for a nice easy dressing.

    I like to add mint into my tabouli and not sure really about using a chopper but appreciate the effort. its good to know!

    I love the manual choppers. I don’t like it for tomatoes though unless I use it for a sauce
