It’s awful product, it burnt my finger and I lost about 50% of feeling on my right ball

The only thing that annoys me is i can't really tell when if it is out of water or not. I just can't figure it out when to refill for 2nd round of cleaning.

I am so happy you gave honest review, a big thanks from me. Some of the problem you mentioned i am facing with this device.... Its not clean anything, is heavy and unfortunately i paid 39 dollars for this

Once you pull back the lock and press the buttons in, you don’t have to keep holding the lock 😊

it does not clean. It steams so you can brush with chemicals

The cap is under pressure and you have to wait till it cools down to safely remove and also an extra safety feature is that you have to push it down to remove

I bought this appliance based on a tiktok review I saw to clean the grout in my bathroom. set it all up. dismal failure. a nuisance to wait for it to cool down before further use. obvious steam thing ( remembering steam mops). attachments are a bit dicky to put on. the push down steam release is very hard to use, to close at least. I tried the scrubby attachment and used a soluble bathroom cleaner t o help it and although it moved dirt around the taps I think it was mainly the brush that did the work. I could replicate that with a cloth. so not pleased with the steam cleaner, that I had to run all over the city to find!!!

Hi, I recently bought this unit... Helen thanks for the vid, it was informative. When using this Steamer here are few things to keep in mind. When the green light turns off... does NOT mean ur out of water, The tank can only hold 250 ml Press the Water Cap down to open and close - WHEN you have used the unit... and it is still HOT, Ideally you want to wait till it cools before opening. **** DO NOT OPEN Without Releasing the Steam build up... **** Getting the nozzle of when cleaning to continue cleaning and its still HOT (DO @ OWN RISK): 1. Unplug unit from power 2. Release the Steam from inside by pressing the trigger 3. Use gloves just in case and slowly and I do mean slowly undo the cap and Refill Things that could go wrong When opening without releasing steam: Steam Burns if ur not careful AND if u undo the cap fully it might go flying Rule of thumb: Take the needed precuationary measures, and Make sure u either wait for it to cool, even when cool still Release any leftover pressure buildup. Safety should always come first. Unplug, and use the trigger to release, yes it will let u. I found adding around 30ml vinegar helps with the cleaning process but thats My pref, its up to u if u wish to try this... DO NOT USE 100% vinegar for as little as this costs, it does a good enuf of a job for what I wanted it for Feel free to drop a comment if you found this helpful or have questions.

For anyone having issues with the cap, make sure to let it cool down. & put DOWNWARD PRESSURE on the cap & turn towards the open sign. It should come off. It will have it in the manual. 😉

What about mattress will it clean that

I usually just use cherry roma tomatoes, and if I want them dry, I pop them between the palms of my hand and use my thumb to press out the seeds and pulp where 90% of the moisture is. As for the leftover pulp, it can be used in veggie stock, pasta sauces or just tossed through a baby leaf salad with some lime juice and salt and pepper for a nice easy dressing.

I have that steamer and found that it was hard to tip it at times steam seemed to come out from the top bit weird

The reason you can't take the filler cap off is because it's heat activated it won't allow you to open the boiler until it has cooled down a bit it's a safety feature it's deliberately impossible to take off while its hot its to try and save people from getting burnt if you wait 2 or 3 minutes with the power off you'll be able to open as normal. Its a standard feature across all models and brands of steam cleaners 👍🏻

I’ve had my handheld Kmart clothes steamer for quite a few years now, and use , or had used it almost daily. I think I over used it as it literally stopped working. I’m just waiting for my local Kmart to get more in stock because at the moment they don’t have any in stock. Anyway I just wanted to say that I absolutely LOVE my handheld steamer. So very much better then ironing. Not sure whether I was just lucky and got a really great one or not, but I definitely am missing it now since it blew up and I have to iron instead. I cannot speak highly enough of it. Definitely cannot live without this amazing little wonder, and it’s also incredibly easy to just throw into your bag if you’re going away for the weekend, night or holiday etc. I DEFINITELY would of thought that it would of done your sheers. I was extremely surprised when it didn’t do the job. I was just thinking, have you tried it with maybe a light, or thinnish type tea towel, that is hanging from a clothes hanger, one with the clips, and hold that in front of, or up against the sheers, and then try and steam them through that? That thought just came to me as I said, because I am gobsmacked that it didn’t work for the sheers. You’d certainly THINK it would being that they are so incredibly thin, and therefore easy to steam one would think. Hope you don’t mind me saying all of this lovely lady. I just thought it MAY help. I have found that hanging curtains straight up while they are still damp they don't get as many creases, straight from washing machine to hanging.
